I was taking a shower and thought to my self 'Huh, I want to learn blender' Soooo, Thats exactly what i did! (Kinda) 

 

I present to you, After HOURS of work, The Freightliner Surveillance/command Van! This thing really did take me way way too long to make 😂

 

This van has everything a steakout or command scene might need!

It has a fully custom made interior with cameras in and on the van (Which are removable). There are 2 lovely (And working) Seats in the rear of the van where you can watch all of the camera feeds (or some cat videos) And when you open the rear doors you are greeted with 4 monitors where you can watch and command even the most crazy scenes! 

 

There are the following extras: 

Extra 1 - Exterior Cameras

Extra 2 - Reversing Camera

Extra 3 - Rear compartment light (There is some light leak when left on which i cant seem to fix)

Extra 4 - Visor Lights

Extra 5 - Grille Lights

Extra 6 - Side of the van lights

Extra 7 - Side van lights on moving door

Extra 8 - Rear door ion

Extra 9 - Rear door ion

 

I have mapped out each individual light onto a single texture which can be edited to your hearts desire. Just simply use the pre scaled textures provided. Each light is labeled with the corresponding siren should you wish to change the pattern.  

 

Should you wish to change the textures for the monitors/binders. Just locate the following textures and edit them as you please- 

 

Binder: Binder_Glitchcraft.png

3 Interior Moniotors on right wall: Monitor_Glitchcraft.png

Single interior monitior at the back: glitchcraft_surv_mon.png

4 Monitors in the rear: Rear_Screens_Glitchcraft.png

 

This van was inspired by this video -  

 

 

This van is not perfect and is my first attempt at making anything this complicated in blender. There might be a few things that are not 100% but let me know if you find anything. My aim to improve and keep releasing high quality and customisable vehicles!

anyway you could make an ELS version please? This type of stuff is my favorite and nobody does ELS stuff like this

    Sadly, I do not make any ELS cars. Its not something i really know how to do/want to do. From my understading it limits extras ect.

    I have 3 questions where are the files of this vehicle, which pathway

    and I use openiv yes?

    Since you mentioned using Blender to make this, do you have any further information about modeling GTA V mods through blender? Most of the stuff I've seen requires Zmodeler, and I'm not interested in paying for a subscription.

    Any sort of vehicle creation in GTA needs Zmod to work. Its essential. 

    I used blender to model the interior for the Van but the textures ect were all done in Zmod.

    My files are designed to be used with FiveM. I have not set them up for single player/LSPDFR. 

    The files are located in [NON-ELS] Surveillance Van\Fivem Files\Surveillance Van - These can be added to single player, But its not something i provide support for.

    Not sure if the carcols are messed up, but most of the surface lights do not work. Same thing happens on the prisoner van you released. Any suggestions?

    Sounds like a conflicting siren ID on your server. I release all cars with the same siren ID. You will need to change this your self to something not already in use.

    Can you Fix The Hand Placement? Other than that, 10/10 all around!

    I already replaced "23sprint_sign_1" with the correct sign.

    Unfortunately, it's not applied in-game - the vehicle is just in the plain color.

     

    Would be great if someone could help me out with that - thank you in advance!

    Ive not had any luck with the hand placement. Nothing seem to sit quite right. 

     

    For the siren ID jus use anything from 20 to 256 

    Just try to make sure no other vehicle is using it. 
    (You need to change the Carcol.meta and the Carvariations.meta)
