Looks nice. I would recommend using Matt Peraltas charger, It's alot better than blueghosts.

There should be engine sound and tire screech, but I disabled the siren in ELS. I based it on a department local to me that only uses airhorns on their CSO units. I can look into it and see if it's an issue with the vehicle files

Just add it into your DLC list in OIV. Install just like any other addon.

I haven't been working on vehicles in a long time due to being burnt out, but I can see if I still have the templates and upload a separate download with them if I do
