All lighting is accurate to the Colorado State Patrol to the best of my knowledge and research, you'll feel empowered to finally start writing left lane tickets to those pesky campers. Remember kids, camp in the mountains, not the left lane.
 
This pack will be worked on further to include other vehicles in the state fleet, and is not the final product.

Yep, so I'm back. Couldn't tell you why. But regardless I've been wanting to make this happen for a long time, and I've seen a couple liveries posted out there but no models accurate(Correct me if I'm wrong...) to Frank's Dodge Charger R/T. 
 
You will find in this file, one Dodge Charger, one criminal speeding citation, and a mud flap special. 
 
I know the interior equipment isn't 100% accurate, as I couldn't find much material on what equipment is in the vehicle, and that the wheels are not the exact same as on the source material.

I've had this laying around for awhile now. It's not completely finished and I will revisit this to fix some of the cars not having plates and to add unmarked cars, but for now I wanted to get it out. 
 
Light patterns are accurate, if you want the speed to be accurate too, set your ELS flash delay to 22.

I do know about the interior of the Explorer, and the textures for the Tahoe being messed up. I will roll out an update here soon enough that fixes both of those that were brought to my attention. Please let me know of any other issues!

I've taken a break from doing ELS vehicles, but I'm back. This is a fully unmarked late model Wrangler Rubicon. This replaces the Pranger slot, and is replace only as of now.

I've done some messing around in working on some proof of concept work, and came out with this basic unmarked 2018 Chevrolet SS. This is my first fully complete vehicle, and is not meant to be fancy or special. This is my first full vehicle release, and will eventually get taken down when I get better with modeling.
 
Any download is greatly appreciated, as well as honest feedback in the review section on what I can improve on for my next models. Please keep in mind that this is my first vehicle.

Have you ever wanted to give someone a citation for crappy driving? What about public marijuana consumption? 
 
Now you can. To compliment my Colorado Revised Statutes mod, I have introduced city ordinances as well for the City and County Of Denver, Colorado. Many of the ordinances reference state law, so there are a lot of overlapping with city code, and state statute. This is intentional. 
 
I have sorted CRS and city code into section listed by category and origin. Speeding in the city? Hit em with 54-156. Speeding in Sandy? Slap them with 42-4-1101. No speeder, no median crosser, no shoplifter, and no left lane Karen's are going to get away un-ticketed because you cannot find something to charge them with. 
 
Chad giving you attitude because he hates cops? Now you can give him a ticket for that felony forest hanging from his mirror, an obstructed license plate, and his crappy tinted tail lights. Chad won't be laughing when he has to pay the Denver courts, and we both know he has to sign those tickets.

This is the final update for the CRS file. I am working on a Denver Municipal Code pack of citations and charges. There will be 2 versions, one with just the municipal code, and another with both CRS and MCCD.

For those looking to enhance their experience, I have compiled a list of revised statutes for the State of Colorado. This is state only, and at some point I will do city specific for the larger cities such as Denver, Aurora, and Colorado Springs. 
 
Included is many of the charges you will need doing traffic, arrests, and more. All charges include the revised statue location(CRS 42-4-1101 Speed). They are accurate to the state, maybe minus referencing a definition or penalty by accident. If you find any of these, feel free to let me know as I went through all of the books on the state website. Just drag and drop the plugins folder into your GTA 5 folder.

This time I am visiting Anaheim, California and have designed and produced the Anaheim Police Department! This features t0y's pack, but can be used on compatible vehicles. I've decided to do another Washington department. This time from the Whidbey Island area. Langley is a small town that consists of 4 officers total, but I thought they had a pretty cool vehicle design. The Orca design is based off of the current design that they employ, and is not exact. It is meant to differ from the original but follow the same guideline. The other is a custom made lighthouse style design that is not employed by Langley, but I thought looked pretty cool and made anyways.
 
 
   This is optimized for TheHurk's Ford Explorer.

The Pikes Peak Ranger District protects and maintains the Pikes Peak Highway on Pikes Peak, or America's Mountain, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They also protect parts of Pike National Forest in the area of Pikes Peak, alongside the U.S. National Forest Service. These vehicles are designed to be close, but not exact to the real vehicles used by PPRD. Differences include color on one truck livery, and the lack of government marked license plates. This is designed for these two vehicles, with two skins each.
Pikes Peak is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado and it's highway offers beautiful views, however the cliffs and edges are dangerous. The Pikes Peak Ranger District serves this amazing mountain and provides law enforcement on it's main highway, the Pikes Peak Highway.

Welcome to a small Island in Washington called Island County!
 
This pack comes with Three vehicles, with the Charger and CVPI being from t0y's Paleto pack, and the Explorer coming from TheHurk. 
 
There is a bonus Project Sober Hero vehicle in there as a DUI deterent and awareness vehicle from Ault Field Taxi based in Island County, Washington.
