Includes Real and BCSO, LCSO Lore friendly liveries. All liveries come in both 4k and 2k.  Lighting is 90% realistic. Its a small department and deputies are allowed to add their own lights, I went with the configurations I see most of the time. Ive included the templates for you to make your own liveries. Come default all blue. I have included red/blue files. Also comes default with the BCSO2k Liveries. The K9 unit has the names of the actual K9's on the side.

 

Instructions are included for how to have more than just sheriff and sheriff2 patrolling.

 

This is both a DLC and a Replace pack. Sheriff and sheriff2 just require a drag and drop but for the dlc the following line needs to be added to the dclist.xml file

      <Item>dlcpacks:/rcsopack/</Item>

 

There is a readme included. READ IT...  There is install instructions as well as suggestions on how to fix some issues you may run into, and also how to make more than just sheriff and sheriff2 show up in game. Also there are a lot of youtube tutorials out there.

This pack is optimized to use with this siren mod. I will also be adding the default els files soon. I have also added a separate download if you wish to use the default els files

For those having trouble with the DLC addon part of the pack, here is a great tutorial from the amazing Benzo. Its obviously not my pack, but exact same principle.

What's New in Version 2.0a

Released

Completely redone from the ground up. A lot of noticeable changes. Missing are the 21-22 Tahoe and the 2020-22 FPIU. Reason being is when they were made It was at a time I did not know what vehicles they would be going with. The Department settled on the Durango over the FPIU and the Tahoe heading into 2023 (the last year the charger will be made) Also they made a switch to Federal Signal for the lightbar. It is featured on the Durango and the 16-19 FPIU because as of right now those are the only vehicles I've seen them on. Some lights were removed to reflect the more common lighting packages seen (officers with this agency are allowed to customize their vehicles, so the lighting can vary a lot). A few different base models, and a lot of equipment update to more accurately represent what is used. Vehicles are now reordered in the pack to better reflect the order in which they appear in real life. Ex: Sheriff (Durango) is now more often see than sheriff9 (CVPI, yes there is still one or two in the wild) All liveries were also completely redone. I took some liberties with making some of the decals bigger to see more detail or text: Ex: The star on the door. So yes the liveries is not 100% accurate but they are about 90-90% accurate.

    ELS files as well as missing liveries for the durango are currently being uploaded. To keep you from having to download the entire file over again Ive included a download called "missing files" that contain only the els files and the liveries. Give them a little bit to be approved.

    Yes I took it down and reuploaded them, winzip for some reason was not transferring all the files. The file has been updated but has not yet been approved.

    So far so good, i really like this pack, only problem i faced is that sheriff2 spawns in a rare teenage mutant hero turtle color.

    Any advise.

    Installed as the read me says all other vehicle are fine.

    Edit: Solution Found thanks to @Officer Segar

    Issue was that i have installed WOV (aka World of Varity) this mod enables extra textures for sheriff2 and sherif3.The solutions was quite simple as indicated by Offcier Segar on another post.

    "You have World of Variety installed, which puts in more vehicles texture files in this case its sheriff2. Navigate to mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > wov > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > wovvehicles.rpf. And delete the sheriff2 ytd files. " same apply to sheriff3 files just delete them,after wards this pack works fine.

    Dev to Dev, this pack is pretty sick... nice job on all the lights, equipment and attention to detail. Your crown Vic is the only one ive seen stacked like mine in my fleet release lol ❤️ yours is legit

    Editing the dlclist.xml seems to cause a crash for me, and I cant seem to figure out how to spawn the dlc vehicles.

    do you have any other dlc's installed? You could be running into the addon car limit in the game config.  Actually just due to the pack size you could be running into it with only this pack. Try what Im linking if you haven't already used it.

    As far as spawning them, just open the rage menu I believe default if f4 or f5 I have alot of other menus so I changed mine, and type in spawn then what vehicle you want. Ex... Spawn Sheriff5

    Was based off this car. Video was before they added the flood light to the front.

    This pack is one of my favorites of all I've seen in the 2 years of playing LSPDFR. Everything is spot on, detail, light patterns, cars, ect. Now this may just me being overly picky, and I'm no dev by any means, but I can't help but notice the lights are real dim? I figured it's a texture thing since I do have my visualsettings and radiance all working and it works fine for every other packs lights, but this one. I have 2 pictures below shown in comparison to how dim they are with car.default.dayemissive being set to right around 5000 or so. The 2 lights in the front windshield are fine, they're nice and clearly visible, but the others are hard to see. (Clean car, no tint, ect) Again, may just be me being picky or something I did on my end. Other than that, this is a seriously amazing pack by all means. Well done.

    From what I can see (although I don't have it installed in-game, only checked the folder with OIV)
    SHERIFF and SHERIFF2 are replaced and appear to be the charger and tahoe
