Brief Description

This was a project I have done a long time ago and decided to remake it from scratch. I am deciding to release it here for anyone that is interested in NYPD cars in general. This is close to accurate as I can get it. Come check out my discord where I have more private models, packs, dev stuff etc or just come to chill. Enjoy!

Installation
1. Go to OpenIV and navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Drag and drop "nypdpack" inside the dlcpacks
3. Navigate back to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

4. Find dlclist.xml and right click on edit
5. Add this line to the last entry: <Item>dlcpacks:/nypdpackv2/</Item> then click save
6. Drag the VCFs file into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

Tips:

Use simple trainer to spawn in the vehicles.
Vehicle livery #3 is the transparent livery for all vehicles!! Meaning you can change it to any color you like using the trainer.
Vehicles have extras! Extralist is included.
If you want this pack to be a replacement, rename to desired car slot and replace the .metas as some cars use cusotm carcols, vehicles, etc.
Cars already have tints on them, no need to add tint in trainer or it will not show any lights.

Q: Why aren't my lights bright?
A: Google RadianceV.

Q: The ELS lights are not working.

A. Make sure the ELS.xml files are in your ELS folder and names the exact same as the model.

Q: Will you make this Non-ELS?

A: No.

Q: Can I use on FIVE-M?
A: Sure. Provide credit where due.

Q: What visual mods do I use?

A: Visual V

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: No not right now.

Q: Are you making any more models?
A: Join my discord, I have more models for purchase on there.

Q: Will I add in a vehicle into this pack in the future?
A: Most likely not, I am moving trying to move onto new projects.

This is an awesome pack. Just two things.

1) The rear strobe lights are very big when they flash. It's like a blob but the rest of the lights look fine (screenshot below). Anyway to fix it? I lowered car.def at night through visualsettings but still the same.

2) headlights are very weak to the point it looks like it doesn't have headlights on (screenshot below comparing it to another vehicle I have. I should have spaced them more but the entire light is coming from the charger). I have visualV installed.

Yea that's just your visual settings. You can increase the headlight emissives in the .dat file

That'll increase all my vehicles headlights then and they're all perfectly bright except the ones in your pack

Yea the explorer has terrible normals, I’ve finished the lights before I noticed it so I just threw it in there

I like it but the headlights need work on vehicle as it doesnt show and the brake lights on the charger don't work.

Love your work Torz! Just a heads up though. The vehicles in your pack arent seen as police vehicles. Peds dont react to Code 3 lights and sires and other officers dont do their "friendly honk" when I yelp at them. Other than that, im loving this pack
