Installation
1. Go to OpenIV and navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Drag and drop "legacypack" inside the dlcpacks
3. Navigate back to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
4. Find dlclist.xml and right click on edit
5. Add this line to the last entry: <Item>dlcpacks:/legacypack/</Item> then click save
6. Naviage back to Mods/Update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta
7. Drag the vehicles.meta into OpenIV
8. Drag the VCFs file into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

Other Important Side Notes:
Some cars are already lowered with the model, no need to change suspension. These models are high poly and detailed, you will need gameconfig and a good PC to run them. All cars have the same interior equipment. Highly recommend to turn up brake light emissive in visualsettings. I made the skins myself, inspired by the Brockport PD, license plates inspired by Alaska State Troopers. Can't please everyone with this cars, I tried my best. ALOT of time and much hours was put into each car. Each car is meant to replace it's respected slot. Ex (CVPI-police Charger-police2 etc..) All screenshots taken by me. Some cars are bound to have bugs even with beta testing please DM me or comment, I will fix and update as much as I can. Please do not ask me personally if I could modify a specific car just for your personal use.

Installation

2. Drag and drop "nypdpack" inside the dlcpacks
3. Navigate back to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
4. Find dlclist.xml and right click on edit
5. Add this line to the last entry: <Item>dlcpacks:/nypdpackv2/</Item> then click save
6. Drag the VCFs file into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
 
Tips:
Use simple trainer to spawn in the vehicles.
Vehicle livery #3 is the transparent livery for all vehicles!! Meaning you can change it to any color you like using the trainer.
Vehicles have extras! Extralist is included. 
If you want this pack to be a replacement, rename to desired car slot and replace the .metas as some cars use cusotm carcols, vehicles, etc. 
Cars already have tints on them, no need to add tint in trainer or it will not show any lights.

Brief Description
This pack is compatible with Custom Environmental Lighting
 NYSP has updated their lightbars to Liberty II about 2 years ago..? I have not yet seen a pack with their updated and detailed equipment/lights that they use. NYSP is no surprise as many have downloaded other packs before. This pack offers 5 vehicles that NYSP fleet mainly use in this timeframe including CITE vehicles and slicktops. So go check out the other NYSP files other devs have already made. So enjoy as I put hard work into this so enjoy! Please read all the readmes/TOS.

Tips:

Use simple trainer to change the livery of the Charger and Taurus
If you want this pack to be a replacement, rename to desired car slot and replace and copy each .meta (vehicles, handling, carvariations, and carcols) in the replacement metas 
Cars already have tints on them, no need to add tint in trainer.
Download Custom Environmental lighting!!
Use the VCF's I provided. They provide the best realistic lighting NYSP use. 
Each car has it own reflective livery, pretty cool right?

2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility 
West Shore Regional PD Inspired with some edits on skin and lights.  Also finally figured out how to put a swaying antenna for more realism. This is also my first ever skin I have fully made, hope you like it. Enjoy!

INSTALLATION
