Blaine County Regional Police Pack

Finally I've created a pack that I'm happy to release. This is my first pack, and is based off various Canadian Police Departments.

Information:

The snowy season is nearly upon us, and I got the vibe for some snow ready vehicles. And when I thought of snow, I thought Canada, and when I thought Canada, I thought producing lore friendly vehicles with a fictional lightbar.

The vehicles feature a hybrid lightbar, including halogen and LED lights, and two vehicles with arrow boards.

This pack contains:

2011 CVPI
2016 Ford Taurus
2016 Ford Taurus with arrow board
2016 Ford Explorer
2016 Ford Explorer with arrow board

Features:
• Two different light bar textures: Clear and coloured
• CVPI and FPIS have optional rambars (extra_12)
• ELS activated arrowboard

• Two packs: one with a middle white rotor, one without.

• Optional 2k or 4k textures

TO ACTIVATE THE ARROW BOARD, USE ALT+[ (Default keys).

These vehicles are not based of any specific police department, not a specific police departments equipment. Please don't comment on it being inaccurate or whatever. It's not meant to be.

Known Bugs:

The ELS controlled arrowboard may cause crashes if used in the Video Editor. Only seems to occur when the arrow board is active.
The arrowboard may reset without keys being pressed, simply use the keys to bring it back down and then it'll work normally.

I love this pack. Good textures for the cars. Another good thing about this pack is that it comes with 2k textures so it won't crash your game. So many people make vehicle packs and they only include 4k skins and not everyone has a fancy PC, some of us have mid end PCs. So it is appreciated that you included 2k textures

*Edit* I just changed the default textures with the 2k textures and theres no difference. The textures are still 4k, and there are no 2k textures for the FPIU and the FPIS

Perfect, there is also another issue, it has to do whenever the cars get dirty enough. When the cars get dirty enough the lights on the light bar disappear, and the windows turn black

This is an issue on a decent amount of vehicles, though I'm not sure if there is a fix for it, as It might be a model issue. The only two things I advise doing are

a) Constantly cleaning the car when it happens.

b) Delete the dirt texture in the .ytd.

You might need to have the ELS control panel open.

Make sure your using the correct VCF file. Especially if you've changed slots.

Inside the VCF, the arrowboard option should be set to 'boot'.

SO iv installed this pack into patchday16, but when in game i spawn the vehicle and some of the lights are already on, and my els doesn't work. Is that the cars or ELS issue?

That problems usually occurs when you don't have the VCF installed in the ELS folder.

Mix of Toronto and Montreal!! I live in Montreal and i have been to Toronto. Toronto has those kind of arrowboards and Montreal has those lightbars.

Totally forgot to update this, figured the issue, i ad recently reinstalled GTA V and forgot to add scripthookv back, all working now except for when i press Alt+] all i get is like a floodlight over the car

Not a big fan of the arrow board design, but I love that someone has finally made a public vehicle pack with one available to everyone! I would love to see more canadian packs and this arrow board below inspired from the Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM). Overall, looking forward to putting that arrow board to use!

Only one bug I've come across with the new updated pack and that is on the explorer. The white rotator stays on whenever the car is on, picture included below. Nice work though mate, keep it up! @Jedahdiah
