Pierce LAFD Firetruck By PimDSLR

I proudly present you my second real model! And the first american firetruck for GTAV!
I spended alot of time on this baby. And tried to be as realistic as possible with the first red/orange LED beacons.

Some bugs/notes

- Chrome under the car

- Has only LOD l0, so can disapear, (didn't experice that myself)

Do you like my work? Consider a small donation, it keeps the stuff going ;) Also a nice review is always nice.Thanks.

I haven't tried that. Firetruck is because it's UV maped.

Love the mod (: but is 1.33 game patch ruining carvariations? I'm putting it in right place but emergency lights working odd, like too big.

I am having the same problem but have yet to find a guaranteed fix. But someone suggested it could be a LOD problem.

Hey PimDSLR, can I take the ribbon you used to wrap around the base skin for my own local skin to release.

Of course you'd be properly credited, if not I understand.

@SteelPolice223

Installation of model:
(OpenIV) Go to:
(mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and replace all files provided.

Install carvariations.meta in: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpluxe/dlc.rpf/common/data and replace the file.

What a great looking fire truck. Is there going to be a Los Santos skin released any time soon? Would be great if there was. Thanks for sharing.

Sir. your carvariations.meta file has an error with the policet. The sirenSettings value = 2. where it should be 5. Otherwish the light on the police transporter are broken.

I don't want to replace the whole carvariations file as I have already made edits to my own and don't want to replace it.

Can someone copy or paste the specific line so I can throw it into mine please, as searching for 'firetruk' in my file doesn't reveal anything.

I have install 2 LSFD skin, which were all LSFD skin I can find for this car, but I can't change the livery even I have added the flag of "has livery" into the vehicles.meta, what should I do? Is the problem that this mod doesn't support multi-livery yet?

Amazing model. Does anyone else get a "shell" of the truck when it explodes or it has a hard collision or is that just me?

I use radiance V and don't have all lights at lightbar and bumper.

I believe this truck uses siren setting 7 (same as ambulance). Make sure it is set correctly in your carvariations.meta.

What should I do if I have modified carvar file?

Thx
