I gave the wrong CVPI in the first one, but I checked the current one I have and it has this:

Middle brake light? I guess it's from a modded vehicle because I don't remember any vanilla vehicle with it, I suppose the author of the model used a left or right brake light or tail light.
If you remove all the tail ight and brake light instructions it shouldn't flash... unless the game considers it a headlight which would be weird.

Do I need this if I have ELS?

This doesn't seem to work with the latest update. My game keeps saying something about "Failed to disable default head and tail lights for police, police2, police3, etc". Also I do not see my headlights flashing at all.

Which modded vehicles do you have in those slots? And do they use custom siren settings or the game's default siren settings?

I have a wide range of vehicles and this doesn't work for any of them. I have Captain14's pack installed which do have custom siren settings but then again I also have vehicles that do not like Captain14's 2015 Tahoe. Before the update it worked for all of my vehicles.

After downloading the latest update, I noticed RPH keeps throwing error lines at a constant rate. You'll see it at the bottom of the log provided below.

Also, I know which vehicles are 0xd0af544f, etc. They are add-ons and the strobes still work perfectly on them, even after saying it failed to disable their settings.

I don't think it affects performance (as far as I can tell), but is this normal?

It's because in RPH 46* and later, the new siren stuff they added can only control the default sirens:

NOTE: this plugin disables headlights and tail lights wig-wags from the vehicle's siren settings while it's active for the plugin to work properly(e.g. the wig-wag from the game the one from this plugin don't interfere).  Due to some limitations with RAGEPluginHook it can't disable them in added siren settings(siren setttings above 13), for this one you will need to modify the file containing this siren settings and remove those wig-wags.

Gotcha. I already disabled wig-wags for all of my id values within carcols.ymt. I guess it will through the line no matter what. As long as it doesn't affect my performance, I really don't mind.

Now that you mention it, thank you so much, Kilyin! I just released a new update for Custom Visuals and I forgot to change the carcols for the update. I hope no one gets pissed off. I very much appreciate, once again. I can't believe I overlooked that.

No idea, I haven't tried it with ELS.

I guess that as long as you don't use an ELS pattern with wig-wags, the wig-wags from Emergency Strobes should work fine.

Downloading version 4.3.0, but the Update Checker still shows that I need to update the Emergency Strobes.dll. In detail, the file is also version 4.2.0 .

Tested and works with ELS 1.05

The only downside is it doesn't automatically activate with ELS, so you have to press F8. But other than that it works great!

Unfortunately, after the latest update, this does not work for me anymore. I tried it on the stock (not modded game directory) after reinstalling the game and it does not work.
