What Makes This Special?

Unlike other mods, ResistPlus catches suspects at the beginning of the arrest animation, creating realistic resistance scenarios that don't break immersion. No more weird teleporting or animation glitches - just natural-looking encounters where suspects might suddenly decide your cuffs aren't for them!

Installation

Drop ResistPlus.dll into your Plugins\LSPDFR folder
Adjust settings in ResistPlus.ini if desired
Go on patrol and experience the new challenge!

Configuration

ResistPlus.ini lets you set:

How often suspects resist (0-100%)
Chance of weapon use during resistance (0-100%)
Whether suspects need to already be armed to pull weapons

i AM BACK everyone, sorry abt the delay and inactivity. I took a break from LSPDFR plugins and moved onto other projects but slowly and surely i am coming back and fixing my plugins. Especially this one since you guys seem to love it, i have fixed the address spamming pool logging and overall dumbed down and simplified the plugin so it works just as it was intended to be.

While the plugin is great and works fine, can you rework the way it show messages on the log?

It keeps looping the same message every milissecond, making very hard to read the log if anything goes wrong.

You dont put it in the plugins folder you put it in plugins/LSPDFR

This plugin is creating massive log files and causing lag because your spam logging this

Yeah, the dev retired lol, but he open-sourced all his mods in case someone wants to take over

Correction: Not all the mods only autobackup+, unitcontrol and deepcallouts

I managed to fix the errors, now there's no more LSPD First Response: ResistPlus: Vanilla LSPDFR mode active in loop. (Full polling) error message loop in Rage Console. I just edited the code to fix it. Now I have that .dll file ready if someone needs it. I've never done plugins/scripts before in my life so keep that in mind. My friend gave me a hand with it. Tested it in game and it works. Installation is simple just replace .dll file in Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR. @SilverLaw99 DM me so I can send you that .dll file. Cheers!

I was wondering if I could get this file, I really want to try the mod but it just doesn't work for me

This is a critical bug and needs to be dealt with. Log spamming causes performance issues for users, and a lot of users also have very little storage space as they run this on potatos. Making 84MB logs is a serious issue.

Im hiding the file until it is fixed.

I point my gun at the suspect, yet they either immediately put on handcuffs or flee while already handcuffed; I find this unrealistic and hope for improvements.
