The Court System inside LSPDFR+ has been fully overhauled for 2025,
bringing realistic court verdicts, jail sentences, dynamic fines, and a complete court case processing system.

Built on the foundations laid by Albo1125,
this project modernizes and expands LSPDFR+ to feel more alive, immersive, and impactful —
preserving the legacy of one of LSPDFR’s most important plugins.

Issue Tickets, Court Summons, or Warnings during stops
Ask for driver/passenger ID and question about illegal activity
Seize vehicles directly during stops based on offences

📂 Installation Instructions

In the GTA5 folder in the download. You will see this. Drag and drop into your GTA5 root folder.
Launch RagePluginHook and enjoy.
No save reset required — fully backward compatible.

I wanted to bring Albo's mods back to life. So here you are. The first is LSPDFR+ 2025 - Court System Realism Update, please enjoy 🙂 The Court system is basic. I will expand this plugin further and give it more features. I've really enjoyed bringing this mod back to life. If you guys like it please leave a review or even a comment. Then i know this is worth my time. Thank you for taking the time to download and play 🙂

Here is how the Court System Works.

You pull the ped over and press E. That brings up the LSPDFR+ Traffic Stop Menu. You ask for ID so it logs it to the system. Then you can either Ticket them depending how you feel. If you use Court Summons, then the ped is given a ticket and let go. You will get a notice in-game saying Court Summons being filed. Then between 1 - 7 mins your summons will be put though the system and you will get another in-game notice saying you are following a new case. You can then open the Court Menu F9 and see the pending court case. Then either wait for the case to be heard or press INSERT to have the case heard. Then on the published tab, it will then tell you the results.

Shift Q (On Foot) menu works like this.

You stop the ped and use LSPDFR interaction to get the ped ID. You then pick your charages and use Court Summons. Let the ticket finish. Then the Court Summons its put though the court system, just like the traffic stop ticket. Either let the ped go or to make it more real. Arrest the ped and transport. By time you do the drop off. You will get a in-game notice saying Court Summons Iussed.

Next update will have the Shift Q Court Summons and it will also be tied into the ped arrest. Meaning the system will grab the pending charges if any and set a new court case. Then the arrest will be tied into a police computer charge sheet im working on.

Here are the key words you are looking to base your offences list on.

Offence Name (from XML)	Matches Keyword
`Drug Trafficking`	✅ `drug`, `traffick`
`Assault on Police Officer`	✅ `assault`
`Possession of Illegal Weapon`	✅ `weapon`
`Driving Under the Influence (DUI)`	✅ `dui`
`Attempted Murder`	✅ `murder`
`Manslaughter`	✅ `manslaughter`

The above is for the jail results to trigger. All other Offences can be what ever you want but the results will be fine or points if you have that set in your ini.

OMG I really missed Albo's mods when they started to be not compatible with lspdfr versions... can't wait to try it again and I hope one time u gonna try bring others of his mods to work with new versions! Thanks for your work! <3

If your not a OG LSPDFR player like i am lol, then you would never of had the chance to play albo's mods. They made playing LSPDFR so much better. When albo retired, LSPDFR community missed them so much. Yes there are updates to some of his repo's but nothing that added to LSPDFR+, hence the Court System Update was born haha.

I'm not an OG, because i joined LSPDFR back in 2024 and he was gone by then. I had seen some of his mods and I had used some of it but it was out of date and my game was crashing because of that and I stopped using it. But I loved his mods though and he has some nice ones too.

He has one called ALPR+ and I wish that was updated, because that one was good too for ALPR and also for calling backup on a traffic stop without. It would be nice if you could update that one of his and merge it into this too so it can interwine with the LSPDFR+, assuming this is all relating to traffic stop, pursuit, using it in court as to while he was stopped piror to turning into pursuit (if that was to happen) and or find stuff that lid to driver being arrested. If that makes any sense to you.

Yes i remember ALPR+ im unsure if he has a repo for that. If he does, then ill be reviving that too. Like i said any mods he has done and i can see em in the repo, they will be updated too.

nice !! and I believe there is one. I read his report back then before he retired and he said that he had left everything open for those who wants to use it and update it if they want to use it. He did made a YT video about it too in one of his tutorial on how to update his mod.

When I installed this, it said I should install arrest manager by albo1125. But that is also out of date.

are you going to update that too?

the charging is soo confusing...dang it Albo1125

I'm able to modify the xml file about the charges and how does it work ? By the way, great work ! This is the beginning of something very big for LSPDFR i feel like.

Yes you can ignore them in-game notice. Ill update them other plugin in the coming days. But for now LSPDFR+ loads without them 2 other plugin's

You can edit to your liking. The court system is looking for key words. Ill drop them key words in my discord later when i get chance.

New update LSPDFR+ 1.9.0.2 will drop in less than 24 hours. I need to run some testing first.
