Can you check the ragepluginhook logs to see if there is an error there, relating not loading or crashing. Also, check the configs to see what key is used to activate radio.

I've managed to add a few extra function such as the coroner. This time when the coroner and all of the added functions stay on the radio.

When I call the coroner it displays following message On-Screen: 

No action has (yet) been assigned to arrest manager/coroner. You may have gone on duty twice - make sure only to go on duty once.

First of all, thanks for the reply. I ran the Troubleshooter and Update Checker, both came back with issues, so i addressed them but nothing seemed to fix it. As for the log, here it is: https://pastebin.com/N0AjTzXQ

By saying that nothing seemd to fix it, you mean that the problems still exist? Can you fix them first, because in youre log LSPDFR is crashing and by the probaly don't load the radio.

I asked because with Police radio the coroner model was in the .ini but Smart radio is different. I changed it already. Thanks for clarification.

Yeah the issues still exist, and im not sure what you mean by 'fixing them'. If you mean the problems detected by Troubleshooter, then i have fixed those issues and that didn't help.

coroner isn't an 'extra function', it's builtin to the mod, so you've probably broken something at this point. Start over with a clean install of SmartRadio.

The coroner is part of arrest manager - make sure you have it installed.

Thank you @Albo1125. I can call the coroner by pressing ctrl - H, so I'm assuming it works. The same effect I have with Parkstools and Fenix update pursuit mod. It isn't recognized by smart police. Nothing, except: pit, panic, platecheck, pedcheck, endcall. These ones where detected during first time initialization.

I have Arrest Manager loaded and it seems to be working. I would also appreciate any advice on how to fix this.

Today I reinstalled my computer and made sure right permissions and ownership. Also the folder is readable.

I reinstalled your mod again to do first time setup, but still it doesn't come further than: pit, panic, platecheck, pedcheck, endcall. It doesn't detect other plugins for some reason.

Hmm, SmartRadio uses all the available APIs so if Computer+ doesn't match that may be because it's in beta. I will have a look and see what the deal is there.

Try to install GTA5 in a different directory than program files as most likely this folder does not have the proper permissions, or you can PM me on discord and I'll have a look.
