Hey I have a question. What does the carcols do? Is it required? I have a modified one for another vehicle.

you need them for the Port autority pack and the state sheriff investigators pack for now 

also when you use your own it can happen that when you activate lightstage 3 that all af the car lights turn off 
let me find out if there is a way to put  the carcols in the addon so you can still use your own 

I have trouble with the folder "Statewide" the dlc.rpf .............

Thats the question, I unloaded the folder and LSPDFR worked again. When I put your folder in, the game crashed. 

But why I do not know.....

i redid the dlc.rpf maybe open iv bugged out there and made the pack bigger that in is

Please that would be great. Much appreciated. Don't seem to be having any issues so far, except on the PA pack the middle white light has a black cover to it.

when I try to spawn them in all it repeats is police crusier... I'm using native trainer and for some reason it shows up but it shows as police cruiser repeating and I cant spawn anything

yeah beacuse i dont edit the names for the models in the meta

spawn the vehicles in with the trainer in " Spawn Vehicle by Model Name"

so one issue i also noticed is in the port authority pack the white lights flash with like a blob just so you know. other then that great work man.

"all of the cars will be addet by the dlc pack no metas to add just drag and drop the car files in and the els.xmls and you are done and can paly"

@DaddelnIt says above the download button that there's a Anomaly detected. Should I be concerned before downloading the pack?

Newsflash for every new downloader, everytime you get the "anomaly detected" it's a false positive. Why would modders be dumb enough to upload a virus? Also if it ain't spawning or working, do not do this "<Item>dlcpacks:\vehiclename\</Item>". Instead it has to always look like this, "<Item>dlcpacks:/vehiclename/</Item>" then it will be able to spawn, I also recommend using Enhanced Native Trainer, way better and has way more options to choose from. I would also use this but I am never ever for the rest of my life going to use ELS again.
