Vinewood Roadworks [Map] 1.1.0

This is a Roadworks Map the location is in West Vinewood and goes all the way down to The Last Train In Los Santos Café. One lane has been closed due to Construction. As we know LS traffic is bad but they should follow the right way. they may get through but I have made it so they will move back into the 'open' lane.
