- IF YOU DON'T WANT THE INDICATOR LIGHTS TO BE ALWAYS ON, TWEAK THE FOLLOWING VALUES TO THIS. IF YOU ARE USING POLICE CAR MODS, YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T TOUCH THIS.
car.indicator.day.emissive.on 500.00
car.indicator.night.emissive.on 500.00
car.indicator.day.emissive.off 0.000
car.indicator.night.emissive.off 0.000

========================================================
- There is a fix for all Orange lights on Staniers, just install that "Amber lights and Clear Lightbar" mod.You need to replace the files inside the .ytd files. The tutorial from FirstThirtyMinutes is very helpfull. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYWbyPj7Fso (You can find the mod in the description as well) And you maybe need to replace it in multiple files (i needed to do it in Patchday3ng,Patchday5ng and x64e) It works for the sheriff,the undercover car and the normal one.
========================================================

- SPECIAL THANKS TO LauraXo FOR MAKING THIS REPORT :
I've included a link with a report comparing the two files. One contained a clean (but out of date) visualsettings.dat file while the other was the modified file.

The file is very simple to read.
In between the = signs contains the line number, followed by the original value, you can then compare it to the value directly under it which will be the modified value.

Hello,

I followed the installation instructions above but the lights were still dim and ugly. What do you need to do or change to get the lights to look like this video?

 The person in the video said he installed this mod to get the lights to look like that.  Am I missing something? Thanks for any help or advice.

Hey there,

I had some troubles with the installation too, because i thougt the mod isn't working. After some editiing in the visualsettings, still no effect. The Lights looked same as before. In a YT-Video i found the solution in the comments section. It's necessary that the shader-quality is set on "high" or more to run the mod properly. If this is not the case, you're not able to see any effects.

I noticed after installing, I can no longer use my mouse while holding L/ctrl to move the light.  This was available before updating with the suggested spotlight mod, but not now.  I tried to edit the .ini file to mimic  the one from the original, but still no mouse control.  Any ideas?

You need to make sure that your "Post FX" and "Shader Quality" is set to high or more to get the "bloomy" effect.

I like this mod and it makes some of the police cars I use look great, but if the police car is using the mx7000 or whelen edges, the lights go bubbly. What i mean is instead of flashing lights, it will flash blue or red bubbles popping outside of the lightbars. It looks really weird, anyway i can fix this?

To fix that don't edit vehicles.meta in mpluxe, use mpchristmas2 instead

Im confused in what you mean, the LED files don't come with anything that needs to be put into the Mpluxe files?
