With Pennsylvania changing the plate style over to the style that has been used in the Philadelphia area for years, I thought it only be right to have those plates in LSPDFR. To utilize this mod, you must have the 'LicensePlateChanger' plugin. Install is simple and requires the replacement of two files. Please BACK UP YOUR ORIGINAL FILES!

After installing LPC and making sure it works, follow this path for install location in Open IV.

Install Path- Mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks>plates>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf>vehshare.ytd
