hi @chadc78 , for to select the charge for possession of a crack or bong pipe , what can I use ? "before the fact" ? for the "marijuana cicarette" use symple possession, can it go ? and for the possession of tools ? Thanks in advance

For the pipe or bong if your using interaction it may let you test the residue Im not sure I dont use that plugin but if so and it test positive then charge them with possession of whatever the residue is and possession of drug paraphernalia for the pipe/bong. Marijuana Cigarette in most state is simple possession (Under a certain Weight).                               Hope this helps.

Could you add a written warning and small fine for Drug Paraphernalia, as an arrest for carrying just a "Burnt Meth Pipe" and nothing else seems a bit harsh even for a game. This would give the police officer the option of arrest or warning.

Stavo pensando che sarebbe stato bello poter scrivere note o rapporti come penso si possa fare nel computer + di PierGud, se hai mai pensato anche in compulite per una maggiore immersione di poter aggiungere qualcosa del genere, sai se c'è qualcosa di simile come mod o script in tondo? se esiste già? scusate se guardo fuori argomento ma non so dove chiedere, qui l'argomento si avvicina come tema complicato o aggiunta simile, ho scritto lo stesso messaggio a Bejlio ma non è online in lspdfr da qualche tempo, forse posso dare l'idea qui a qualcun altro di te🙂

I'm sorry , reading this again I understand a little lo l: D , with the English of presence I make myself better understood , but to write I find difficulties and I use google translate , I try to make myself understood , if I am not mistaken in computer plus there is the possibility after an arrest to be able to write a note of arrest , a report , I don't know if the technical terms google translates them to me exactly , I don't think , for a greater immersion if there was the future possibility of being able to write with the keyboard next to the arrest made of the notes , which remain visible , to then read them after 3 days and remember what happened, to some it might seem an extra bullshit, but I think it would be nice for a greater immersion and to remember why you stopped the ped and reread the descriptions intervention, hello good day to all 🙂

Thats a request that would have to be made to the creator of compulite, I only supplied the charge and citation XMLs.

Say I arrested someone who had a firearm but didn’t have a permit for it. I can’t find an “Illegal Possession of a Firearm Charge”. I see illegal possession of an automatic weapon and illegal possession by a felon. If this charge had been added can you tell me where it is. Thanks!

same thought of mine , I don't find an "illegal possession of firearm" for guns , so I use "possession of stolen firearm" or "illegal possession of automatic weapon"

I based all these off of laws in the states I was familiar with where open carry is legal, beside that I'm a firm supporter of the Constitution and the 2nd Amendment that states that the right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed, either they are concealing and don't have a concealed carry permit or they are a convicted felon and lost the right to possess a firearm

when searching the ped i often find he has "prescription pills", i dont see any charges for that.

look under drug paraphernalia its listed there as "Illegal Prescription PIlls"

yes i found it later on thx bro

I love this mod so far i upgraded from computer plus. Compulite is alot less laggy and this covers alot more situations that i get into. Alil basic but i like it so far. Do you plan on adding more/etc? I doubt there's much more to add but always curious.

I do have a update I been working on it adds a few more charges and citations and mostly just better organization and classification. I wont be adding anything like the other guys have in theirs they have stuff that isn't really necessary or realistic I try to only use charges that you can actually find the crime to fit in the game.

Excellent. So far i'm loving it although i had some issues finding illegal possesion of a firearm (no permit) or etc.  but that might be because theres alot of charges.

I cant seem to find any charges regarding burglary devices or destructive devices?

Not really it could be this weekend if the weather is bad and I'm stuck indoors, I work 12hrs a day Mon - Fri so evenings is out. But I will try to get it out very soon!

There isn't a specific charge that is titled "Illegal Possession", however there are charges that are specific to the individual, Like Felon in Possession, Concealed without a permit, possession in the commission of a felony and so on. Where I'm from we have constitutional carry we can legally open carry and conceal carry without a permit as long as there is no underlying circumstance that would make it illegal in that case you get charged with that specific charge as it relates. I tried to have a actual real life statute to back up all my charges in the XML's there may be 1 or 2 lore friendly charges but not many realistic is what I was going for. As far as firearms go Im a firm believer in the US Constitution and the 2nd ammendment so my gun charges has a underlying crime usually.

And you wont find any most likely as there is no tools (atleast that Ive ever seen) on the market that is specific to burglary that is illegal to possess. Realistically it is not illegal to own a Crowbar, Lockpick etc. etc., The act of Burglary or Breaking and Entering is the crime.

@Talia Kuznetsova @ItsBaxim or anybody else reading this if there is charges that you would like to see in the update please leave them here and I will research them and if 1)they actually occur in the game 2) they are a real life statute (law) for it, I will add them in the game. I originally created these just for my personal use as I was so tired of scrawling thru so many useless unrealistic charges or things that just don't apply like most crimes involving children as I have never ever during thousands of hours of game play encountered a child under 18, so why waste the space and time scrolling thru.

Anyways thank you guys for downloading and helping this get to over 17,000 downloads which I think is awesome considering it has only been updated twice I believe, unlike the others who have ripped from this and have to update every few hours or every other day over some stupid excuse like spelling or something but in reality its just to keep it up top and to try to drive up the download numbers.

hi @chadc78 , do you think to insert that the possession of a weapon without consent is crime ? or will you leave it as it is ? leaving out that you have already explained YOUR personal way of looking at it 

someone used "youth" as a term , minors in fact there is neither , but understood under 21 years , actually a DUI crime committed at 18 years is different from a crime committed above 21, at least here in Italy, for novice drivers the minimum limit of sobriety must be zero , this is the only case in the game that is nice to really interact with the ped under 21, but I think you had entered this particularity , unfortunately , and I repeat unfortunately I had to change it because of the lack of possession of a firearm , I don't think you will change it and you will only insert it for one or two users , even if I think they are more to complain about this lack , if you insert it I really think to go and get your xml and insert it again
