16, 13 FPIU, 18 FPIS, 19 Tahoe, CVPI

This is a comprehensive collection of charges and citations for CompuLite, there is a lot of charges that are realistic and actual statutes. It will take some time to get used to this because of the numerous amount of charges but once you learn to navigate it and find the charges you need and you will find them they are here then you will enjoy using it.
 
 
**WARRANTS** - There is not and will not be a charge added Labeled "WARRANT" as there is no such charge in any statute in any state, A warrant is simply a document issued by a court to authorize arrest of an individual for a charge in which the court found probable cause thru a sworn affidavit or criminal complaint to issue such warrant. If you get a ped with a wanted status you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her with whatever the charge is they are wanted for for example if you stop a ped for speeding and dispatch or CompuLite advises the ped is wanted for "Burglary" then you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her for Burglary and whatever offenses you have them for if any. There isnt an additional charge for "Warrant", so before you comment and ask the answer is no I will not add a Unrealistic non charge.
 
**WARNING CITATIONS** - When issuing a Warning Citation to ped make sure to UNCHECK the NOTICE TO APPEAR box if you dont uncheck the box then when you submit the Citation LSPDFR will CRASH. There is no fine amount or jail time assigned to a warning citation so there is no need for a court appearance anyway.
 
**RP DVP** - DVP (Domestic Violence Petition) There is 3 charges under the category labled FOR ROLE PLAY ONLY adn these charges are DVP (1) 30 Day (2) 90 Day and (3) 180 day and these are for random generation from CompuLite to the peds History.  So when you stop a ped for whatever reason and the ped has a firearm in his/her possession and has a valid permit for such when you run the ped thru CompuLite it may generate in the peds history a charge of DVP (30 Days) if so then you would validate it with the date it was issued in Compulite with the date it is at the time of your interaction with ped and if its less than 30 days then the DVP is active and the ped is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition therefore is in violation of the DVP and this goes the same for the 90days and 180days, just simply a little something extra to add to your gamplay
 
**DWI / DUI** - DWI = Driving While Intoxicated,  DUI = Driving Under the Influence of Narcotics. There are multiple DUI and DWI charges within these XML's theres 1st, 2nd and Felony 3rd offense and each one has a different penalty, there is also charges for DWI/DUI with bodily injury, death, property damage etc. etc. When you are charging a ped with DUI or DWI it is important to check the peds history in CompuLite to see if the ped has previous DUI/DWI charges that way you can charge the ped with the appropriate offense 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. The legal BAC is .08% however like in most states there is a substantially lower BAC for drivers who are under the legal drinking age of 21 or who possess a Commercial or CDL license and also for anyone who operates a motor cycle the legal BAC for these drivers is .04%. So keep in mind that using mods probably wont alert to the smell of alcohol if the driver is below .08% so i would ask questions !!
 
**(M), (F), (A)** - In the Charges XML you will see that all the charges either begin with a (M) or a (F) they simply identify if the charge is a (M)Misdemeanor or (F)Felony. In the Citations XML you will find that some Citations start with a (A) this is to let you know the citation is also an arrest-able offense and charge and it is your discretion to either arrest and charge the ped or Cite the ped (any Citation that has (A) there is also a Charge for it in the Charges XML) all arrest able citations are misdemeanors there is no option to cite and release a felony, all felony charges are thru arrest only.
To install go to GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR/CompuLite and simply drag and drop and replace default XML files

Made these for my game, came out pretty good so why not!
Skins were made for Cartres Paleto Bay Pack but will work on any with same base model, you can find the vehicles in the screenshots here:

These skins was made by request and were made using templets supplied in the vehicles file that was requested with skins which the link for is below, as most know these will work with any vehicle that uses the same base model. I included screen shots from OpenIV as I don't have these particular vehicles in my game. feel free to upload screen shots from in game if you would like or if you use them in a video add the link. I will be adding the rest of the pack as soon as I get the time to work on them. if you down load and use these files then give them a review and if you like them then hit the like button.

This started out as a request but once I got into it I really liked the look so I decided to go ahead and upload them here. And for those of you who will comment that WVSP doesnt have these colors on veh or this unit I know this hence the Fictional at the start of Title. So far there are 3 vehicles CVPI, FPIU and Tahoe Im unsure if Ill be adding anymore just depends on the feedback I get.
WVSP uses all Blues so I added .ytd files to change the light textures on the FPIU and CVPI to all Blues also there is a edited XML included for ELS for all Blues the Tahoe is all ready equipped with all Blues.
The textures will work for any FPIU, CVPI & Tahoe that uses the same base model or templet as the Vehicles I used in the screen shots
To Install simply go into OpenIV find the vehicles location and simply change the textures files in the .ytd file of the vehicle. For the XML go into GTA5/ELS/Pack_Default and add the XML be sure to rename the XML to the vehicle name that you installed the vehicle under. Any problems let me know in the comments section on here. If you like the Textures and use them hit the like button and leave a review and let me know what you think.
Like stated above I have no plans at this time to add to this just depends on the feedback and /or request I receive .

If your like me your tired of looking thru Charges only to not have what you need or for them to be totally mislabeled between what should be a felony and what should be a misdemeanor, there are a lot of charges and citations contained in this file all of which is useable in game. Most other files has a lot of Warrants cluttering up the menu this file has 2 (Active Felony Warrant and Active Misdemeanor Warrant) for the simple fact that the game chooses charges randomly when the person comes back with a active warrant on them so you arrest them and you either use one of those 2 or you simply add the charge to arrest report that was generated by the game. I really don't see the need to add all the warrant charges along with the rest, if you could issue a warrant and then track the person down then yes but you cant so why the clutter, but if you like that then there is plenty of other files by different authors out there, but if you want realistic, categorized correct charges and citations then you really want to check this one out.
THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS MEANING I WILL BE UPDATING
Also I will be releasing XML's for Searches and different Plugins so that you find appropriate Items that relate to the multitude of charges and citations contained in this file.

This was a time consuming task to put this together so if your going to rip it at least rearrange or categorize differently then I have don't just release my work put some into it.

Warrant for Arrest has been removed as I feel this isn't realistic to have in there since the warrant is for a specific crime it not necessary to have it when in reality they are only being charged for what the warrant is for not the warrant itself.

This is textures I made awhile back for my game they were inspired in part by Sumter County FL S.O., these textures was made for BCSO Pack by East Coast Designs Inc. but will work on any with the same base model. I'm not currently using this pack in my game so the only screenshots I have at the moment are from OpenIV I will upload pics from in game when I have more time to install the vehicle pack. If there is anything I missed in editing just leave it in comments and I will fix it, to request skins for other models first give these ones a review then put your request along with the models you want in comments section

Seems like 8 out of 10 texture packs are either BCSO or LSPD so I decided to make a few LSCSD Pack textures. 
These Textures was made for the vehicles in the screen shots that I use in game, however they should work on any model that uses the same templets and if they don't fit the particular vehicle your wanting to use them on then just simply give them a like and  a review and then ask and I'll make them for the pack you are wanting them for. YOU MUST GIVE A REVIEW BEFORE REQUESTING ADDITIONAL VEHICLES TO BE ADDDED!!!!

San Andreas Highway Patrol textures
 
Vehicles used was LSPD Pack by: thegreathah, but as with most textures they will fit any with the same model and base. The textures are actually black and grey but they look tan in the screenshots for some reason. 
And as always don't ask for textures for another pack without first giving a review anything I may have missed in editing the skins just let me know in the comments and I will fix it

These skins are based off of the West Virginia State Police vehicle design with a little of my own twist and changes
There are 28 Skins in this Pack 4 for each of the 7 vehicles in the Los Santos Regional Police Pack By: Jedahdiah

Blaine County Sheriff Pack based in part off of Fayette County, WV Sheriffs Dept.. I wont be updating or adding anymore however the skins will work on any vehicle with same base model (you will just have to try if using other pack then those I used to make). If there is a specific model that you would lie to use these on but they wont fit leave a review and a request otherwise sorry, I've spent time making skins for complete packs on request without so much as  a thank you let alone a review or like so I wont be doing that anymore unless you review and request that way.

This is a skin I made awhile back for a Tahoe was going to make a whole pack but got sidetracked on something else. Im not sure whos model is used in the screenshots its been awhile, but the skin will work with most 15 Tahoes, its the only texture I have in this design if theres enuff interest I will add more. I noticed the rear plate is missing if this gets updated with more textures I will add a plate to this one as well.

Some inspiration for the Task Force Skins came from Davidson County NC former Sheriff Hege and his DDT Spider car, just kinda went from there.
There is 2 downloads 1 contains patrol vehicles and the other contains Task Force vehicles. Check them out and if you download them or not leave a comment or a rate good or bad and let me know what you think.
