Realistic Usable Charges & Citations for *CompuLite* 1.5.0

Some words are overlapping other words and makes it hard to read,can you fix that please? I cant see Arrest warrant anymore,did you remove it or its there somewhere?

I cant fix the overlapping I would have to shorten the title of so much that I would probably be the only one who would know what its means maybe can message the author of compulite and see if there is a way to widen the box the list is in, as far as warrant goes there is no charge labeled specifically Arrest Warrant as there is no actual charge of Arrest Warrant, when the game generates a wanted person you simply charge them with the crime they are wanted for I tried to keep it realistic as possible thus why I didn't include a charge labeled arrest warrant. The game will only generate a wanted persons charges from these xml's or default xml's in which it will be for a crime that you can charge them with for example if you have a wanted person for (possession of Cocaine) then you simply arrest them and charge them with the crime they are wanted for Possession of cocaine

Yes the boxes should be widen a bit,i agree.

first thing congratulations for this mod, very worked and detailed, I noticed now that the accusation is missing for possession of firearm, from illegal fire and dead weapon (knife), or explosive weapons, I hope you can insert them, I use it a lot this mod would be nice if it were completed even with these frequent and serious accusations, thanks and congratulations again

@Siracusa I believe all the charges you mentioned are already available in the charges section

Suggestion. To help with the fact that some of the charges are really long(will go out of the box) Maybe shorten those with abbreviations for certain words like attempted and such

Ill look at that in the update Im about to do Im adding some charges, When I use it when I highlight the box of the charge when scrolling it blocks out the overlap and I have no problem reading them but Ill take a closer look and see if I can fix it

Are there going to be any attempted murder charges, weapons charges etc? Your charges for computer plus were amazing, just curious about this one

exactly the same in this one

I only used Compulite long enuff to test it out take screen shots so Im not sure if everyone is aware or not but when you open the screen the boxes you see arent all there is if you scroll down thru and keep scrolling it will bring up more if Im making sense

I do understand you cannot change the box size, but it wouldn't be very hard to cut some words out or shorten them. At the end of the day you either have a plugin that has shortened words and are still easily useable, or a messy overlay still usable. Good luck with the plugin 🙂

Ok went thru and shortened up a lot of titles so that there shouldn't be a overlapping problem now, if I missed any let me know

Im not exactly sure what your referring to, do you mean can you delete the court cases if so then yes I believe you can when you review them. I don't use this mod I use Computer Plus still so I would have to refer you to the read me of the CompuLite download the creator is very detailed.

I have a charge that would be a good addition to this mod; "Wearing Mask or Disguise to Evade Police" under the resisting/obstruction category According to WV law, there's a $500.00 maximum fine and a maximum sentence of one year in jail upon conviction. Would work for some of the robbery callouts or BejoIjo's Attempted Crime Callouts. Prowling (the charge for casing a location for a robbery) is another good charge for the Property category ($1,000 fine and a maximum of 6 months in jail).

Edit: One more charge, felony murder with the minimum penalty of 15 years and maximum life sentence

Wearing mask/disguise to evade and prowling are 2 that I will add the next time I add charges in the mean time (wearing mask to evade police) you could just use evade/elude as the statutory language is very similar and for Prowling in real life its hard to prove motive unless you actually get a confession that their intent was to case the joint for criminal actions, in the mean time you could use trespassing, loitering etc. And as far as Felony Murder all murder is a felony, I believe the charge you may want to use for that is aggravated  murder which is in there all ready and fits the minimum sentencing (15yrs) that you noted but I don't believe it carries a life sentence, Capital or first degree holds a life sentence or death in the states that support it, 2nd degree holds a life sentence with usually a minimum of 25yrs.

Came across a ped with GHB (the date rape drug) and could not find listed so thought you may want to add it to your charges. I added it for my own use and put it as Schedule 3 drug as in the UK where I am it is a Class C drug. Penalties for possession here in UK are up to 2 years in prison and/or an unlimited fine. Supply holds penalties of up to 14 years in prison and/or an unlimited fine.

It has a lot of street names like " Gamma-OH, Liquid E, Fantasy, Georgia Home Boy, Grievous Bodily Harm, Liquid X, Liquid Ecstasy (is not ecstasy), Scoop, Water, Everclear, Great Hormones at Bedtime, GBH, Soap, Easy Lay, Salty Water, G-Riffick, Cherry Meth, and Organic Quaalude, Jib".

The penalties for distributing, selling or manufacturing gamma hydroxybutyrate are stiff. It is a crime of the second degree for someone to sell, distribute or manufacture GHB. The offense carries a fine of up to $150,000 and prison of 5 to 10 years.  An individual in possession of gamma hydroxybutyrate (“GHB”) is subject to a third degree crime, a fine of up to $100,000, and 0 to 5 years in jail.
