INSTALLATION:

You will need OpenIV,

Drag the OIV File you want to install out of the .zip folder to your desktop

go to: Tools, then select Package Installer and select the provided .OIV File  (also in the read me)

Make sure you are in Edit Mode (on the top), and then just drag and drop the visualsettings.dat file there. 

 

IMPORTANT: 

IT'S OPTIMIZED FOR NATURAL VISION REMASTERD AND/OR VISUALV.

MAKE SURE YOUR POST-FX IS ABOVE HIGH.

 

The game may crash once you started it, after the installation. Thats nothing unusal. Just restard it, then it should work!

You can use the visualsettings.dat for every Police Car, but these are recommended, as every Police Car has a different ELS Setting and Lightbar

I Installed mod and when I started the game the lights were too bright at night time.
I mean literally everything was just glowing (Headlights, Buildings, etc.)

So i chose the uninstall OIV File and then launched the game again but that wasn't helping either.

It was still bright af!

Please Help!!

Yeah the uninstaller didn't work for me either and it looked the same for me - try reverting back to your vanilla visualsettings.dat or installing a different radiance mod such as below:

I just replaced the Visualsettings and everything went well!

    Hey sorry to bother you. I don't know what I did wrong but after installing this , the lights on the houses looks bizzare.

    Ok so for anyone who has bright head/stop light and all that here is a fix: Instal corona begone(https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/corona-begone) follow install Instructions in READ ME! and its fixed

    Your mod sucks, hate to be this guy but it sucks. VisualV is awfull with this and ENB too, + your uninstaller does NOT WORK. I had to go into the game files and replace everyrthing. Headlight,taillight,interior, everything is bright its so bad.

    I would assume, logically, that you use the OpenIV uninstaller oiv that is included in the download??

    Installed via OIV for visualV, it made every light in the game a giant glowing orb. Game is unplayable.

    Used provided unistaller OIV, reloaded game, nothing was uninstalled. Had to redo my vissettings.dat file. Just a heads up.

    hey can you explain how did you do this because it ruined whole thing for me. Like I cant see nothing ahead of me super annoying the uninstall file didnt work thank you.
