This mod edits your average peds in GTA V. Cops, EMTs, firemans to your regular postman. It Gives them a fresh new look with over a hundred different combos of face variations and hair and it changes theirs uniforms to look like the one used in EUP.

3) If you use cop holster (recommended) and/or Ultimate Backup, I included xml files for you to place in your plugins folder
NOTE
- Without the recommended meta configs files, you'll experience peds with hair clippinf through their hat, inconsistent ambient spawns and dispatch system.
