This was my first release for gtav and I've come a long way since then. It has been several years since I have even looked at this vest pack and I likely wont pick it back up any time soon due to my focus shifting to other things. There are now many higher quality options available, both free and paid, and the version of eup these were built for is now outdated.

With all that said if you still wish to use them the textures will most certainly work with the proper vest models as they utilized vanilla vests (.ydd files). However you will likely have to find those vest models and install the textures to them on your own as the install instructions are most certainly outdated for newer versions of eup.

Thanks for the support on this file over the years! Hopefully it is still useful to someone.

* Plain clothes vest was replaced by eup 8.0 but I've added it back in so it will still work just follow instructions*

My first upload to the site I hope you all enjoy!

This pack started out as a single K9 vest for my own game but due to the interest in it I decided to make a few more and share them with everyone.

- These are vest skins for EUP with lots of options for each vest.
- Included so far are a vest for longsleeve uniforms, a vest for shortsleeve uniforms, and a vest for plain clothes units with several patch options for each.

- There are patch options that will work with any uniform (police, sheriff, etc.) and Lore specific options as well (LSPD, BCSO, etc.)
- Patch options included so far :
-Police (flag or K9, 2 fonts)/ Sheriff (flag or K9, 2 fonts, Yellow k9 unit)/ State Police (flag or k9)/ Highway Patrol (flag or k9, 2 fonts)

- Plain Clothes vest has 5 versions so far.

-Police, Sheriff, or LSPD with 3 patch options for the back - gang unit / narcotics unit / auto theft task force.
-I have added 2 early versions of U. S. Marshal skins as requested. These will be redone when EUP 8.0 releases.

                           - Lore specific patches have been added:
       -LSPD (flag or k9)/ BCSO (flag or k9)/ SAHP (flag or k9)/ LSSD (flag or k9)/

       -Shortsleeve vest only as of this update:

-PBPD-Paleto Police (flag, 2 styles)/ GSPD-Grapeseed Police (flag, 2 styles)/ SSPD-Sandy Shores Police (flag, 2 styles)/

-As a bonus I've included a Gang Unit skin for the smaller vest I planned on redoing it but until then I will share it so anyone who wants it can enjoy it.

-As always be sure to back up any files you replace before replacing them!
-Should be obvious but you NEED to have EUP installed.

-Installation Readme inside download.

     *Do Not Redistribute or Upload to any other sites.

   *Do not release anywhere or claim as your own.
   *Do not rip or dismantle pieces of mods or textures.
   *Any theft or redistribution of mods will not be tolerated.

Its one of the vanilla eup vests. I did manage to get a handset radio and vest working with the plain clothes vest model that i used in my pack.

The only problem is that most of the uniform shirts clip through that vest which is why I use it as a plain clothes vest.

I'll drop a screenshot in here when i get home in a few so you can see what I mean and see the ugly vest i was talking about.

#1 actually doesnt look that bed, do all the shirts clip through the vest like in #2?, also just realized that im watching a yt video rn with vest #3 lol

I think most of the uniform shirts do that's why I use that vest for plain clothes but there are other shirts that fit under it (like the turtleneck in #1).

That vest model is in a different category in the menu then the others so it doesn't conflict with selecting the handset. It is however in the same category as the duty belts which means you cant select a ususal belt with a radio. I found the radio on the belt in the category with the holsters which means you wouldn't be able to add a holster with that radio on the waist. So long story short its tricky but can be done I'm hoping I find some other ways that work too and don't conflict with selecting a belt or holster.

Also I think just about anything could be done by editing the actual models themselves or making new ones but I have no knowledge when it comes to modeling clothes/peds. I know people have made and edited ped models and stuff but I don't know how.

yea, i would try it, but like you, i have almost no knolage of ped modeling, ill contine to look, im a texture designer for a fivem server, and ive never really looked into ped with both radios and vests, i was looking for one for my lspdfr game tho, ill contine to look. let me know if you do happen to stumble upon ont tho, thanks

hi, I love the uniform and I also have installed your vest pack too. they both look amazing. the only problem so far is the campaign hat doesn't seem to show its texture, even though I did the installation process twice, also for some weird reason the small vest do not show up in the game either. otherwise its a great uniform. below you can see the heavy vest (bottom pic) works, but the small vest (middle pic) doesnt, and the top pic shows the hat is missing its texture.

Is there any video explaining how to install? I'm more of a visual learner xd. Having a hard time.

So for the hat I would double check and make sure you installed the texture in the correct location it needs to be in a different eup folder (eup_componentpeds_p) than the one the uniforms go in (eup_componentpeds). You could also try cycling through the textures for the hat and see if its in there but sounds like you might not have installed it in the right spot.

As far as the vests you are looking in the incorrect spot they are both working fine for you I'm sure. The vest in the bottom pic is the vest i refer to as the light/smaller vest in my pack. The vest in the middle pic is not in my pack at all.

If you go to wardrobe > create outfit > armor they are #13 and #28. Then just cycle through the textures for those two numbers and you will see the different options.

Please make one. I'm so confused. I tried following along but I got lost because I didn't know what to do with all of the vest files. I went to go replace but I could only replace one thing in the ytd files. I'm just so confused. If you can find someone to make one please do ❤️

Nothing has changed with the download in weeks so it sounds like its prob an issue on your end or possibly with the site? Dont think theres anything I can do on my end about it though. I would try closing your internet browser then open it back up and try the download again.

That belt is released in all my uniform packs but it is old news now. I don't even use it anymore. I'd suggest the eup belt and mic replacements by @CodeyWynne

Marshal vest is on my list to be added just haven't gotten to it yet.

Been working on some uniforms and things when I've had time but I'm going to try to make a new update for this vest pack soon.

I plan on adding some just haven't gotten to it. I haven't used female eup much but as far as I know the vest models are different and they don't have as many. Right now I'm just waiting on the new lspdfr to come out this month to see what kind of customization comes in it and I imagine the new EUP won't be far behind it.
