How do you change switch tone sound effect for els?

as i said i made it

when i installed it, it said the file was missing files

Probably. We can use it on server? I found RP server and they need light and siren for EMS.

the panel ( alweys is on right side) to clikc what siren and light we wanna. " Click F1 to start siren 1" something that xD

It does not work for me it says
