My First Release Vehicle.

She has the New Technology of the Spot Lights that Flash also the

Integrated Traffic Advisor is actually a Traffic Advisor that only Shows

the Traffic Advisor when Activated. Go Rhino Ram bar for Pits, also helps

protect from head on Collisions also help stop from Animals etc. (Like an Animal

will jump out of no where). The Green and White Skin to give it a different Class

than the Traditional Black/ White. The Antennas for Dispatching in also for the

other Radios that are still in use like, CB's for Truckers, Regular Scanners, Now

Digital Scanners, extra Antennas for support also for Computer.

Try not to have fun Blending in with the Grass N' Trees.

- Model is original Dodge Charger by EA Games, modified for and converted to GTAIV by Lex91, modified to marked police version by Lt.Caine.

You should have taken some pictures in the daytime so that people can see the actual car. Not just 8 shots of the ELS. Also it looks like the texture for the pushbar is screwed up, see how its the correct color in the middle, by the g-rhino logo but the rest of it seems much lighter, almost grey/white.

Yes, the spotlights are a very... different. I don't think they're that bad though! I also love the older charges.

I gotta admit, never thought about flashing Spotlights! ROFL.

Idea came to me when I was looking at Whelen stuff N' I found a Video of the Spot Lights

Flashing, As well as being a Spot light still.
