But i cant seem to find a good ELS V7 pattern.

ELS V7 is useless imo. I'm pretty sure there's a pattern which works for this in ELS v7 too. It should be a pattern works like this:

1212121234343434 (where 1 2 3 and 4 numbers are the extra parts or els parts).

I can't say for sure, but I'm almost certain I won't make an LASD crown vic, however I've heard that tim98 is making an LASD pack. Maybe it'll include a crown vic.
