If you couldn't tell, my computer's quality sucks but if you have your texture quality above anything but minimum, it should look better lol.

I swear TO GOD I was in school when that whole thing dropped and we had a whole class on it and everyone was on the same comedian level as you.  LOL  Also thanks for trying the pack.  This is the first I am saying it but I am building a mega pack soon for yall to see.

Hey! I just saw this and I wanted to ask you a question. As steam has came out with releasing the "Full Edition", does ELS work with these vehicles as well as other plugins like normal or is it different now that these newer files that come with GTA IV have been released?

I don't think there is any difference I think they all work the same but that's just me and I don't use the newer version cause I'm just waiting to update my PC so I have no idea.  But from what I've seen, I think it's all the same.

Wait so is there a way to revert back to a previous version? I remember before the update was released you'd have to install a thingy that reverted your game all the way back to a patch from years before I'm pretty sure. But I am unaware of any links or previous versions that are even possible to revert back to as of now.

I have no idea because I've never even touched the new version.  I think you may but like I said, I have no idea.

hm?  You mean ini files? I do not include those.

These are ELS vehicles.  If you guys are having issues using ELS, which I have heard, you need too downgrade the game completely.

At one point I had Kentucky State Police chargers made, this lightbar, optional rambar but I do not have them anymore, sorry.

could you put this lightbar on a 2018 or 2015 charger?
