Unfortunately, no it's not possible.  Fire trucks have their own air horn and ambulances have their own priority, but that's it.

Hey love the tones !! But i downloaded this siren and i chose the Normal version but i can get the Intersection tone and the yelp or the wail i forget but if someone could get back to me about this problem that would be great !
