GTA 4 delayed graphics?

Ever since i downloaded this trainer for my game, the objects around liberty city take a while to load up. Like if i were to have been driving, then look the other direction really fast, it would take quite sometime to load everything in the distance. What could the problem be here? I really dont want to have to uninstall this trainer, its pretty cool.

Try to lower your graphic settings or upgrade your HDD or RAM.

ram will fix it u got to many mods or high detail rides

I dont think it could my computers specs? I have 9 gigs of ram, Nvidia geforce gtx 460, 3.4ghz quad core processor

could be a glitch in your graphics card.

GTA iv is a graphics leaking whore....you have too many high poly cars
