Yes the reversion tool broke in some manner after this update because it causes a crash immediately upon startup (most likely rockstar's fault as the tool has always worked flawlessly before). If you have a backup of your 1604 game you can just drag the update.rpf file from there into your reverted game and the crashing should be solved.

That is because you have installed it into the wrong place. They put readmes in the download for a reason. I enjoyed P.E. on gym day when we could play basketball, volleyball etc. so I could play basketball with my friends or in the weight room cause that allowed me to gain muscle, but I hated when we had to go on the track because it was just down right boring. My highschool only requires 1 year of it so I got it done my freshman year and then if you wanted to you could move on to other health classes. They also had it set up so you do three days in the classroom learning about health education and two days doing what I said above, overall I was happy I didn't have to do it any longer after that.

If the game doesn't end up happening then the developers have wasted the past year and a half establishing investors and employees. That's why nothing has been heard from them in a while, doesn't mean it will happen but it would've been a huge waste of time for them if it doesn't.

That is because it is true, if you have looked over the web for solutions and haven't been able to get anything than it should be safe to assume there isn't much you are going to be able to do. When you say you can run it "very well" what is your standard for that, 20-30fps? Also what gpu does it have because there is no such thing as an adequate integrated card that can handle games like GTAIV especially since its port is horrible only making it worse to try to run on a machine below the requirements.

That is why I am sticking with what I got, if I update my game now I will have to not only test the mods that work with the new RPH, but also reinstall certain edits in the update folder that may get wiped out with the new game version. One day when rockstar stops it'll be just like IV, nice and easy.

Hey I am not telling you you have to release if you don't want to and I am not telling you that you didn't do work, everything requires work in life doesn't it? I get that you don't want people stealing your stuff but there are more people in this community who don't want to take your models and call them their own they just want to use it for their enjoyment. Let me rephrase that last part as well, if you don't take action against the person who reuploaded your model then you are "living with it" so either do something about it or don't it is your choice. If you were getting paid to do this work then I can understand legal issues with your work but you aren't so it isn't like you're losing profits. You have your opinion and I respect that but it isn't up to us whether there is an ability to lock your models or not.

That is what the arguments have been about the past few days and I, just like most of us, are tired of it. Some of these modelers treat this like this is their job and if they aren't in the spotlight then it is not worth contributing to the community, like how some celebrities become after they gain so much fame. Like you said at the end of the day all this is doing is holding the community back. If they really cared about their work they would release it because at the end of the day if you know you made something then you should be happy whether some person rips it off and puts it somewhere else because A) You can do a takedown request which do work considering one plugin that was released on here a little while ago was put on gtavmods and the author requested a takedown and they took it down. Or B) Just live with it because unless the "owner" completely scratch made the whole vehicle or bought it from a site they don't own it they only converted it and turned it into a police vehicle. Either way there will be some released soon as there have been some people who have said they will be releasing their models so thumbs up for that.

Don't bother trying because the game will crash out on you due to not having enough vram as you said you only have 735, if it manages to launch without giving you an error with your card it will be very choppy and eventually will crash when it can't get enough memory from your system. In the future if you plan on getting a better rig then you can always try but better to not do so if you aren't thinking about that anytime soon.

I understand where you are coming from and that is an idea but that is obviously not for everyone as it takes away a realistic situation. Also right now LSPDFR does not have a hardcore mode, I know there are health mods to edit the level but LSPDFR itself does not have a hardcore mode like LCPDFR nor do drivers ever pull weapons while in the vehicle as of right now unless they get out of the vehicle(at least I haven't ever had one do so yet).

In order to rollback you backup your GTAV.exe GTAVlauncher.exe and update folder before it updates. After it updates drag those back into the directory and it should prevent it from updating again.

To clarify on more callouts, most of them work perfect except lewd conduct which crashes on accept, due to the animation needed. Just thought I would throw that out there

If you are going to texture for GTA V then you can either download a model that has been released such as centuries's buffalo, which comes with a template that you can use to make a skin. If you want to do any of the original vehicles in game it is a bigger process because you have to use a few programs to extract the texture out of openiv and convert it to a png to be able to edit(if you want to know then I can pm you the things you will need.)-this will become obsolete after enough models are released anyway. It will be easier though to use models that will start coming out because they will have templates you can easily use like I mentioned above. I use Photoshop to make my liveries but you can use another program like GIMP I have seen some people use. No you do not need Zmodeler to view the outcome you will use OpenIV. Say you complete your skin for Centuries's Buffalo you will open up OpenIV and navigate to the buffalo's files then from there you open up each .ytd file and replace the police sign 1 with your completed texture and then you can preview it in the .ytf file to see that it is changed, for example a livery I made for the stainer a while ago: https://gyazo.com/13cb2f8ee02db0d28e7659caef4bb3b2

I started having crash issues with traffic stops today suddenly and decided to reinstall LSPDFR and RPH which fixed not only that but the wanted level issue for me, I ran the game with only LSPDFR loaded and got a wanted level immediately and since lukeD's callouts mod was already loaded with lspdfr it wasn't that so I moved on to his next mod-MoreControlV loaded, shot at people for a minute no wanted level, unloaded it to make sure, shot again, got a wanted level. So if you have MoreControlV loaded try it without it loaded because that is what I found. If it isn't that for you then I have no idea. Update: Luke released a new version a little while ago 0.6.3 and it now works loaded as well. If you test this with the last version and it is your problem too then go install the updated version and try.
