As I suspected - You didn't read the instructions provided; Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folderEnsure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.I don't mean to sound mean, but read the provided manual and instructions. It's all there.

What? Did you rename it? What's inside of the LCPD First Response folder?

The contents of "LCPD First Response" should be in the root directory, iirc. Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folderI can't see it, so something is wrong there.

GTA IV is not officially supported on any other operating system than Windows Vista. What might work is to install all the redists found on the game disc or the root game directory, plus the GFWL installer from the Microsoft Website (not game files).

Not at all. It is working fine. Use the manual installation if you're having issues with the 1.1 automatic installer.
