I see a whole lot of concept art, models and extremely basic cry-engine gameplay. There's no game. They even changed engine quite far into "development".

My personal opinion is that someone with a felony related to a firearm will not be seen favorably when leading / dealing with a militia group, or anything related to weapons for that matter.

Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post. If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following: Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post ALL relevant logs (LCPDFR.log, Scripthook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, AdvancedHook.log). Include as much information as possible. How old is the PC? If it isn't that old, bring it back. It can be any number of things. CCleaner comes with no warranty whatsoever, that you accept whenever you download or use their software.

Also, are you pressing ALT+P to start LCPDFR?

But that's part of the LCPD charm! They're supposed to be parodies of real-life cops :P I've heard of a mod like this if I remember correctly. Not sure where though.

Did you buy your copy of Windows? These are the exact symptoms for using a pirated version of Windows.

I am not sure, but it isn't related to the rumor of GFWL shutting down. If you are using xlive, GFWL is removed. Dsound is the only asi loader that keeps GFWL active.

This is completely ridiculous. Some people like anime, some people like meatballs and some like to role-play as a cop in a pretty outdated crash-happy game. It's okay to have an opinion, but there is no need to act snide or try to force it down anyones throat. I've watched a few animes, thanks to the recommendation of Illusionary. It's not the best thing I've ever watched, but it certainly isn't the worst. It seems to be this topic was only made to troll and antagonize fellow members on LCPDFR.com.
