Move the peds to the place where you want them to stay, get to the direction you want them to aim at and select the task "Look at player" in the task menu.

One tip, freeze your spawned cars so they make no problems when you try to move the ped behind the door!It sounds like you're spawning a bodyguard. You have to spawn a ped, it will not follow you! The loop function is in the Bodyguard/Ped Animation Menu:Very basic. How about a design? 3/5
