That's normal. The cop bodyguards will not shoot at the police. But they help you out in a shootout with gangs or other peds.

I don't think that your problem is caused by one of the mods you've posted. Anyway, I would recommend you to remove all mods. If the problem still appears you should do a clean reinstall of Gta iv.

Show us a list of your mods. This problem is not caused by LCPDFR.

Of course you can, but I don't know if you have to. I usually don't do that.

You have to be very carefully. But you could also try to move the police car unter the partition. Or you do it like you said and add the partition to the police car because that works too.

Don't worry you doing nothing wrong, it's absolutely normal. If you want to see the object when you you move it into the car place the partition in the hierarchy above the police car.

Could it be that you forgot to install the patch?
