In cheep callouts you edited a cfg file and put an incorrectly formatted value or maybe because its an old plugin. Reinstall cheep callouts and replace all. Although I wouldn't use this callout pack because the author says its not compatible with lspdfr 0.4 and not updated since 2018.

You need to increase plugin timeout threshold. Open Ragepluginhook.ini located in main gta folder and set it to this from the default 10,000. PluginTimeoutThreshold=60000

You need to remove this file /Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr/data/custom/stations_sahp.xml

If you can't load into story mode with no mods then your game is corrupted or missing necessary files, please verify integrity of game files.

Please rename your "mods" folder to "mods_" and let me know if that works.

Hello, please reinstall lspdfr and replace all files that it'll ask. It crashed due to some sort of flashlight error. Could be something is wrong with the lspdfr config or a weapons mod

You have it set to immersive, are you using the immersive phrases in the phrase guide? You have it set so that you need to hold the key to talk to dispatch, are you holding it for the entirety of your speech?

Have you checked that your ingame voice chat is enabled and using the correct microphone? Turn up mic volume and sensitivity. If that doesn't work then are you able to make a video of this?

It could well be either of those 2 or both. I've seen a lot of issues with NVE despite them having a compatibility patch for lsdpfr.

Looks like you have a wrongly configured mods folder. There are multiple "Cannot spawn vehicles or peds" messages. You can disable mods by simply renaming the folder to anything else like "mods_". Try to load the game again and see if it works.

Lol....All I did was try and remember what the solution to the error code was, I couldn't remember which of the 3 so I just bundled them in a rush and had to go rather than leave the thread unanswered. It may be mods too but the things I mentioned first should be applied before the mods folder is looked at. Regardless, some people require that parameter to be changed in lspdfr to run the game and doesn't hurt to check if ragenativeui is up to date(since a lot of people have older versions in support). As well as the 60k timeout threshold, majority of people if not all should have that. Rather than going back and forth with the author troubleshooting at a late hour.

Rename your mods folder to mods_ and try again. If the game launches successfully then you didn't correctly install or missing something

This is texture loss, it happens when high poly count cars are spawned frequently, either you spawning them or it can even be backup vehicles. You can fix this by getting lower resolution cars, lowering density of vehicles, or lowering your texture settings to medium or high depending on pc.

That means you installed a mod incorrectly or missing files

Verify game files to see if something is corrupted. You didn't install mods via openiv outside the mods folder did you?
