You might've used an automatic installation into openiv where it does the work for you quickly. That's called an openiv package installer. If you saw a big car pack for example and it had a file ending in .oiv that's an automatic installer that might have contained the carcols/carvariations files. Or maybe you did it manually following a text document's instructions one day and probably forgot you edited it

To edit the file you need to drag it onto your desktop(or anywhere) and right click open with notepad to edit. But yes you can also drag the default carcols and carvariations into the mods versions. Just be sure to back the files up.

Then the carcols.ymt or carvariations.ymt for that vehicle may be incorrect, search for police3 and restore it to default values from an unmodded version Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data

I'm talking about the els xml file that goes in Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

You should be using the els file provided in your vehicle's download

Have you tried: Launching GTAV first and then RPH immediately after that?

Try running GTA5 in win7 compatibility

Can you request a coroner in game as well as police transport, then upload the ragepluginhook log file

Is it a specific vehicle download or ANY car you put as police3? Link your vehicle download

Use the Eup menu for outfits not police locker

You need to extract it to your GTA folder.

You'll have to find what callout that is and which plugin it belongs to. Remove the plugin, sounds like its outdated

Looks like Callout Manager and Traffic Policer are outdated, remove them and try playing again

The backpack spawning issue is an incorrectly configured backup file. This is located in Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup Default regions.xml As for the yellow circle it stays there for a few reasons. You didn't go there and finish the callout, lspdfr crashed and the icons it leaves will stay until the game is restarted, or you can force end callout to remove the circle. You can try to install ONE of these files to fix the clothing issue.

It's not unstable if you learn modding and openiv directories, knowing what goes where and which files controls what, etc. The only things that should be crashing are old incompatible plugins or missing files. @Twiky The log doesn't show anything, you didn't load in the game. Looks like you crashed at loading screen. If you have a mods folder, rename it to anything else like "mods_" so its disabled, if that works then you incorrectly installed a mod. If you are still crashing then you probably don't have the required files and should reinstall things 1 by 1 slowly and attentively.

The log contains no crash messages. At what point do you crash? After going on duty? After the loading screen is done? While the game is loading?

You rank up by being active on the website and gaining reputation, likes, solutions, etc. If you mean a mod to sync forum rank to ingame rank, no nothing like that exists. There's no ingame ranking/leveling system in lspdfr. You are who you choose to be.

I highly doubt someone sold you a vehicle and let you distribute it for free, what would be the point in selling it?

Rename your "mods" folder to "mods_" see if you still crash when opening it. If you do crash, you'll need to verify your game files.

Upload the rph log and when do you crash?
