Did you install Part 1 and Part 2 of NVE? It works for me without the lspdfr compatibility patch, but you should try that for yourself. You can try to upload your Openiv.log file[inside main gta5 folder], that may or may not help read the issue. Make sure you have all the required files. Please be more specific, what do you mean by extras. Extras what? Extra peds, extra vehicles, extra clothing?

Can you be more specific? What do you mean by wrong clothes? The textures are bugged or are they not wearing what you want? In plugins/lspdfr/ultimatebackup there is a config file called defaultregions. You can edit what the ped that spawns will wear.

You'll need to check the config files of each plugin in the Plugins/Lspdfr folder. Some have it where you can change the callsign.

I think you meant to say, when you call for backup you crash? If that's the case then that usually means the vehicle model is corrupt or the vehicles.meta could be misconfigured for that model. Maybe even a police ped if you replaced one. Try spawning all police vehicles, and whichever crashes is the corrupt one.

The plugin timeout 60k isn't related to vehicle mods. You'll need to watch a tutorial on how to install add/replace vehicles. One mod I'd love, that nobody has done, is a better booking/jailing experience. Dropping people off at a jail cell and walking away repeatedly gets tedious. Taking fingerprints, mugshots, possessions, charging at station, changing npc's clothing to jail uniform are some ideas that come to mind.
