I get around 40-70 FPS in SP, i get about 20 in MP, i dont know why it does this, My specs are below. SPEC's

Dont install if you plan on playing on MP, i was kicked from matches because they said i was spamming the chat. Is a awesome mod though.

So, whenever im in game on EFLC, if i press M it locks the camera, and if i press L it sets the camera to birds eye, like in the first GTA's. I dont know whats going on, and id like to disable them.

Your lagging even though it may not seam like it you are, try facing the camera straight down at your vehicle and try to turn on ELS, i know, may sound dumb, it happened to me to but, when i upgraded my video card, ELS works flawlessly now.

Were you able to use/spawn the Police bike before downgrading?

Have you tried verifying the cache?

Installed VIA steam or other?

Are you using ELM/ELS/EML/EVL?

i recently got GTA:SA off of steam, When i go to start a new game, the mouse will not click/work. Im on windows 8, Anyone know how to fix this?
