I don't think its the car. We tested this car inside and out plus no one else has mentioned anything about crashing, especially just with running els. If there was a problem with the car itself it should crash when you try and spawn it, not when ELS is enabled. Might be something with your game but like I said I'm almost 100% sure its not the car. Just curious whats the fatal error code?

question
Then you need to try removing some or all of your modded cars and see if that helps. What other mods are you using?

Zmodeler help?
There are no tutorials on how to use zmodeler or model. Steve you need the most recent version of zmod(2.2.6 i think), not 2.2.2. and especially not a cracked version... Those errors are there because you don't have all the textures that your suppose to. You missed all those when you added them to zmod. It may be giving you errors to because your version of zmod is so outdated. @Draco - don't hijack someones thread plus its not possible to add models just though the vehicle.ide. It takes a lot more than that. Zmodeler 1.03 is sooooooo old and won't work for the things now days. Buy the most recent version if your serious about modeling. And make a new thread if this didn't help you

question
You can't reduce LCPDFR graphics but you can turn down the graphics of the game. Pause the game and go over to graphics and lower the settings. Try and get the number at the bottom as low as you can. It will say something like 300/800. The first number is the amount of memory your using and the second is the memory available. So like I said try and get the first number lower by adjusting the settings

I'm not a big video person so I don't really have any advice for you and I don't watch a whole lot of FR videos either. I play it and thats enough for me. Like I said before though I do watch a few because the people are funny.

People need to do something different in these videos. Everyone wants to make patrol videos now days but they are all the same. The only people who have the high subscribers, views, and fan base are the ones who have been doing it since the beginning. Or those who have a special niche to their videos. Like when the Bait Car mod came out, those who started video series with that mod got the viewers/fans. Sometimes its the personalities to that draw people back. I watch certain series just because they make me laugh my ass off. Good luck to you though

Where to begin
You will be waiting a long time. No tutorials, guides, videos exist on how to model. If it existed it would be at least a 4 hour video with more steps than you can imagine. Its just your willpower and the time to read little bits of information from here and there, reading other people questions and then trying to put it all into action. Trial and error will be your best friend and lots and lots of time. If you have a specific question about zmod then it can be answered but anything more than that is to complicated. Ped modeling is the same deal. There is however a guide for creating and merging ped meshes. Its somewhere on the forum but I can't find it. You'll have to do some searching. Good Luck! As for importing a car into zmod. You need to add all the textures into the materials editor(little red circle near top of screen) before you import the model. You also need to have a non-cracked full version of zmodeler.

I think its cool a cool idea and I love cars with a ton of lights just like everyone else. But some of the placement of the lights doesn't look good IMO. They are stuck in places you wouldn't normally see them or ever see them. Especially with the badges flashing. Like I said, don't take it the wrong way, I'm not trying to bash it or anything like that, these are just my thoughts on it

Just like EFox said, its in the folder either called Go-Rhino Rambar or Setina Rambar of the model you downloaded. Then you can pick whether you want the spotlight up or down and install the respective one

CVPI with Federal Signal Legend by NickieB There are two different files to download depending on which version you want. I did this to cut down on file size. File names correspond to the rambar they have and are also displayed in each screen shot. Car does have secondary ELS enabled. Thanks to everyone who made this model possible. Especially my BETA testers and EFox for making the release video. Some of you I guess have trouble with the car flipping over. I don't really have the issue but I posted the handling line I use below. If someone has a better line feel free to post it or PM me. Comments, questions, concerns please feel free to PM or comment below. Included are RED/BLUE and All Blue ELS textures along with Clear, Red/Blue, and Solid Blue light bar glass textures.
