  1. Making another topic and calling out a moderator isn't going to get you the file. You asked for a original file which is against the forum rules so your topic was closed. And chances are this one will be too.

  6. Looks good so far! Nice Tahoe too It wasn't available for very long so not many people have it. Its one of my favorites
  7. The version doesn't have anything to do with it being low poly or not but yes this car does have a small file size and is easy on the computer. Its from D:SF
  8. Thanks man I appreciate it! I never really cared for Impalas since there weren't any decent ones available but I decided to give it a try and I think it came out very nice
  9. yeah that car has a different lightbar than my car. I have no idea what the problem would be with the handling and i'm not going to try and troubleshoot someone else's car. ask the author.
  10. No problem man, glad you like it. Its my favorite right now too. I love the lightbar

Impala Patrol with Code 3 21TR by NickieB ~ Please read through everything below ~ The lightbar glass color isn't mapped how it use to be, it has its own texture now instead of it being mapped to the emerglights file. I did this so the color was easier to change. Info on the lightbar glass below. Glass colors and template are located in the "lightbar glass color" folder. Red/Blue and all Blue ELS textures are also included. Vehicle does have a traffic advisor, Any comments, issues, concerns, or questions please feel free to comment or PM me, I appreciate the feedback! 11. Oh.. Well maybe someone will come along and make it for you.
  12. Like Scott said, those cars are locked which means they are un-editable in zmodeler or any program. You'll have to make the cars yourself, all the stuff you want is available unlocked, you just have to put it together. You would need to download the unlocked CVPI and start from a blank car. You can't just edit any car you want unfortunately. You might hit it lucky and find someone to do it for you but otherwise you'll be on your own
  13. I did a low poly CVPI, There are more out there on the site, you'll just have to look for them. It will usually say that its the "Driver: San Francisco" car or D:SF CVPI, thats the low poly car your asking about. And yes Cj24 made those cars you posted. PS - Try to type better, its really hard to read that post.
  14. Sorry buddy, I've talked to a few other modelers and they've all said the same thing. The problem is the car being high poly. Its setup correctly in zmodeler so there really isn't anything else I can do except offer you the "texure resolution" fix. You obviously tried that but lost a lot of quality. Only other thing I would say to try is some command lines. I wouldn't know which one to tell you to use but its worth a try if you want to get the car to work. Just google GTA IV command lines and you'll find lists of them and the way to install them
  15. Gotcha, I'll map it to the template and then it can just be changed to whatever people wish
  16. Thats exactly what I needed to know. +1 And they are colored according to the color of the vehicle? i.e. they match the color of the car or bumper in the case of a black/white?
  17. Seems like a lot of scripting for not much reward. It would be different if there were missions specific to each grade. Plus this isn't really implementing anything new to the game, just a rank system. Don't get me wrong, it obviously took you a long time to type that and this is just my opinion. I play hardcore mode and I wouldn't want to have to run through ranks just so I can call for a certain kind of backup. Plus at "Rank 1" you have only the police bike being available to players. Not everyone has EFLC so that would be a problem right there. You could already sort of do this whole system without a script. Just add or delete guns, cars, player models with SNT. Overall its not a bad idea, it would just need a lot more features added along with this stuff to make it worthwhile. Stuff that we probably won't see.
