When i have arrested someone with the gunpoint arrest, fellow officers always open fire on the apprehended suspect on the ground. It seems to be happening on 0.90E

Yeah, i think you can drive him there. Anyways, savegames are located at My Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA IV/savegames Just delete it there, and see if it works. Remember, you can also back up your savegames. Oops, i confused this thread to another one. Well, maybe it will still help.

Have you saved the game while on duty, or while using some police model? If yes, then your savegame is corrupted and you need to remove it.

I have noticed a problem in LCPD: FR. When a fellow officer, or you drag the suspect out of his vehicle, either the suspect disappears, or the fellow officer and the suspect disappears. So i cannot never end a pursuit. Is anyone else having this problem?

I'd say it is an savegame issue. It might be corrupted.

I think it's a bug. It works for me if you wait for 5-6 seconds before asking him to get out of his car. Try it.
