When i'm in pursuit and i call for backup, a unit arrives and when they're close to the suspect, officers jump out of their patrol car. My partner also dived out of my patrol car. It seems to be happening in 0.90F.

Do you have any car mods?

You can use the latest traffic flow mod with 1.0.6.0 and 1.0.7.0. Do you have any car skins? They might be the reason for lots of taxis spawning around. Also, it's your choice, ENB or LCPD: FR. Actually, i don't see any real issues here.

You need to patch your game either to 1.0.6.0 or 1.0.7.0 to use 0.90E.

I've neve had any issues like that with LCPD: FR. I have similiar texture bugs if i have installed "bxbugs HOLY SHITMOBILES". As they are shit though.

Those suspects ramming onto other vehicles was a glitch and it's fixed in hotfix 2 or so i've heard. Don't know anything about the Emergency ligths thing though.

You can find police patrol cars all over the city from the police stations? And lol, you always could call fo backup and take their car ^^. And you can use a trainer to spawna police car too.
