Jesus christ, it's not only you who's havin' this. But here's a little fix: "Try uninstalling LCPDFR, and install it back again. After you have installed LCPDFR 0.90F and the hotfix 1, install hotfix 2 and when it's done, download this: http://lms.bplaced.net/LCPDFR.rar and put AdvancedHook.dll to your GTA IV folder and FirstResponse.Net to the scripts folder. "

Yes, we know about these bugs. Try uninstalling LCPDFR, and install it back again. After you have installed LCPDFR 0.90F and the hotfix 1, install hotfix 2 and when it's done, download this: http://lms.bplaced.net/LCPDFR.rar and put AdvancedHook.dll to your GTA IV folder and FirstResponse.Net to the scripts folder.

Are you using the scripthook and ScriptHookDotNet supplied within the zip?
