So, is the backup siren/slowing down problem only happening on multiplayer or is it on singleplayer? Or both? Also, for a sure fix on the taxi spawning bug, remove your car mods.

I have never experienced anything like that with the backup units, except in multiplayer. They turn off their siren and slow down but still chase the suspect. There's no fix for it at this time, i think. Also, the cop car and taxi bug cannot be fully fixed but you can always use modifications wich replaces taxis and cop cars with other vehicles like this mod: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=437368&st=0

No, this mod does not come with custom vehicles, and this works on both GTA IV and EFLC.

I think you really can't read if you don't know what gta iv patch you need. You need 1.0.6.0 or 1.0.7.0.

When you repair your car at Pay' 'n' 'spray. it takes 6 ingame hours to do it. It's realistic enough. And you can spawn a police car with an trainer if you don't want to "break in".
