There ain't much of anykind of clans but i tend to play RP with some people in GTA IV multiplayer.

Next time read this thread: http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/index.php?/topic/121-lcpdfr-keys/ . But being as nice i am, you can call medical support by pressing CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + B and you can disable callouts by pressing F8. I see no point for this thread being here anymore.

It follows the suspects and the heli has 2 officers on the side of it shooting the suspects.

I'm sorry, but i don't understand what you are saying. Also, you made a new topic without providing any info. You only copied your older post and pasted it here. Continue posting to your older thread: http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/index.php?/topic/576-how-do-i-get-the-mod-to-start-in-the-game/ . And you can copy the text by clicking "copy to clipboard" and pasting it then here. You can also save it as a text file and attach it there. Or you can try copying it from the text file.

When you're ingame, you press Alt + P to get on-duty.

What do you mean by enabling it? You can see it by clickin: "View crime stats"
