Update ETA?
Don't think there's any need to worry, LMS is still maintaining even the RDR2 edition of LML.
-
Update ETA?
I'm sure LMS will update it when he has the chance. Based on historical updates, I would expect it anywhere between now and next week. PackFileLimitAdjuster is also broken, so DLCs additions via OpenIV are also broken.

Rage Plugin Hook error with Version
See the red block on our homepage. Unfortunately, RPH is currently broken for non-Steam users.
-
PackFileLimitAdjuster
One of your LSPDFR plugins (not LSPDFR) is causing it. I'm sorry but due to the obfuscation '???????????' I can't figure out which one. If you recently changed any LSPDFR pluigns, it's probably the most recent one you installed.

Rage Plugin Hook error (Unsuported game version)
Nothing. The error message is accurate, you'll need to wait for a follow-up update.
-
Game crashes with no error
If you are on a non-Steam version of the game, RPH won't work due to an oversight. A follow up update will be made available in due course.
-
PackFileLimitAdjuster
Looks like a memory pattern has changed and it will need to be updated, you might be able to remove PackFileAdjuster.asi, but then you will probably need to rename your mods and/or lml folders to stop your vehicle/data file mods from loading (if you actually needed PackFileAdjuster).

Rockstar Games not verify
(26th July 2022) LSPDFR, RPH and Scripthook V require updates to work with the latest game version and will currently not function with this version. Please read the linked article for more information.

Hello, unfortunately Rockstar's copyright would prevent anybody from being able to share this with you, and prevents discussion about backups on the forum. Best, Cyan

GTA V Update.
The same timeline as always: when it's done. For RPH this is typically within a day or two. For Scripthook V, this varies.

Rage crashing after some minutes of playing
I can't see a RPH/LSPDFR crash in your log, which suggests it could be mods folder related. Can you send another log when it crashes again just incase?

Having multiple liveries.
Definitely, you can see a few examples inside a stock Agency.xml, for example see Los Santos Fire Department (EMS) and LSPD Air Support Unit. Basically, you add the Livery attribute on the agency's assigned vehicles, where Livery is set to the ID of the livery you want that agency to use for that vehicle. See the Wiki.

Suggestion to next update on LSPDFR
Callouts.Multiplier is used by the CalloutManager and affects all callouts, not just LSPDFR internal ones.

microsoft visual c++ 2010
I know you tried all the things you could think of, but did you try Googling 'microsoft visual c++ 2010 redistributable package' and downloading the first Microsoft.com result?
