I can however the rage plugin could not complete the crash report and I had to shut down my computer every time. as I said I downloaded the game config file, and all my mods loaded and I wasn't stuck on an infinite loading screen anymore, however after I drove around for a little bit the game crashed and displayed that it was out of game memory. So the game config file worked for me however when I load in and drive around for a little bit it crashes and says "out of game file memory" or something like that.

okay so renaming the folder to _mods did work for me however it disabled my mods including my vehicle skins. Obviously I would like those working again. does anybody know if it has to do with the mods needing a compatibility update themselves hence why the game might be stuck on a hook? I provided my rage plugin hook as well as my mods and vehicle packs(ALL ARE REPLACE), I have installed "Super Callouts", "Lidar Gun", "ELS", "EUP", "United Callouts", and for vehicle packs: and the other one I could not find but it was a lspd replace pack ALL MODS WORKED PRIOR TO THE UPDATE / (EXCLUDING LIDAR GUN, SUPER CALLOUTS, AND UNITED CALLOUTS) RagePluginHook_28072022_170807.log

So I recently downloaded the latest version of lspdfr and scripthook.v and rageplugin. After that I downloaded "super callouts", "united callouts" and "LiDAR gun ". I installed them properly since I watched a guide. and then I ran rage plugin and no errors showed up. although I noticed none of the plugins showed up, however I knew I installed them properly or at the very least united callouts because it was incredibly simple to follow. So I ran it anyway since rageplugin gave me no errors. everything loaded up like normal except that it asked me to change my brightness whilst loading in. after that it would not load, it was just continually loading, so I went back and deleted the files for super callouts and united callouts but not LIDAR gun due to the fact that I wanted to have a vintage pistol model in the game and I figured not having one would just cause more problems. So, I downloaded the newest version of lspdfr to match the date along with the rage plugin. after that I downloaded a few plugins "united callouts", "super Callouts" and then "Lidar Gun" however I never downloaded the most up to date version of script hook. I noticed that the plugins were not showing up so I downloaded the latest version of scripthook, after that the game loaded up but again no plugins would show up. So i thought that they might just not be showing up for some reason but would still work, so I loaded up the game the splash screen was there, no problems however at the beginning it asked me to change my brightness, again i thought nothing of it since everything was working properly then I noticed it would not load. I tried again, re-watching the install guides and I did install everything right, after that i tried to delete all the plugin files except for "lidar gun". Again, did not work and it kept asking me to change the brightness every time i tried to load in. Back to the reason i did not delete the "lidar gun" plugin, I did not delete it because it uses skin replacements for the vintage pistol so if I deleted those files I would not have a skin for the vintage pistol in the game which i would imagine would cause problems.
