Thank you for your feedback. Although, I'd suggest that an attack on a western country and culture will resonate a lot deeper with western audiences -- which is what the majority of our site consists of.

Even my 4G is better - and this is a pretty slow result from how it has been recently. (this is also my home connection) You seem to not even be getting decent ADSL speeds -- perhaps your exchange is over-saturated.

We are working on a solution to allow access to the site from this ISP, but require approval for any registrations from it. This would allow all registered users to access the site again from these ranges. I'll post here when this is done.

Sorry, but I can't see us changing the CAPTCHA in the near future. We changed it back due to spam bots being very easily able to get past the tick-box based one. We may introduce options in the future like a premium subscription, which would bypass the CAPTCHA, or have it based on post/contribution count -- but these are in the distant future.

Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated softwareUpdate GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed. It's an installer... it doesn't matter what folder it goes into. You run it........

Isn't the DLC intended to be MP only anyway?

I posted how to do this for the retail (non-Steam) version. As far as I'm aware, the Steam version is even easier to do it with because it doesn't use Rockstar's auto-update mechanism.
