Unlikely, it has no GPU apart from the integrated Intel one.

I have reviewed both the diagnostic log you provided as well as our server logs, there is no issue I have identified on our end. Please try again, disabling any anti-virus software, ad blocking software or firewalling software that could interfere with downloads.

There is no multiplayer capability in LSPDFR at this time.

I had a look and it looks like there is an issue with the software creating a pending version with a very large amount of files. I will report this upstream to IPS and see if I can roll out a fix for us in the meantime.

We aren't seeing any widespread issues from our telemetry data right now. As a workaround, you should be able to change serving option to 'Internal CDN (Lux)'. This uses our testing CDN instead of our normal provider.
