As the title says LSPDFR shuts down after playing for a few minutes, I have attached the RAGE log thanks in advance.

The parts I bolded are parts of interest. The first part I bolded is the error, that is human readable. The second part I bolded is the code that is triggering the error, in this case, also human readable!

 

So if we look at the first part, you can see that something is trying, and failing, to load 'Traffic Policer'. That modification is a bit outdated and the consensus on the board seems to not be to use it.
The second part is the stack trace. From here, you can see what is triggering the error. In your case, it is Chill Callouts.

 

The end result of this diagnostic presents you with two options:

• Cease use of Chill Callouts
  -or-
• Install Traffic Policer. (mind what I said above, however)
