Nope, just hold down T and then press H. Once you've done that you should hear the wail echoing, hit T again to cycle through the tones (For example: Wail and Yelp).

It's certainly not impossible, but it would take a lot of work to get it working. It'd be cool to see, but I doubt It'll ever happen.

Yeah, that's normal for it to do that. I don't know if it is fixable though.

We don't have that many. Personally I'd like to see more models as it gives a choice of what lighting setup and stuff we want to use. -

Just a heads up, the water cannon won't work unless you install it in the Firetruck slot.

I'm really not into the whole scripted police shows and I don't really watch much TV nowadays since most of it is complete garbage. Anyway my favourites are Cops, The Force - Behind the Line and Australia's Highway Patrol. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0AqSstyYB-Q That's pretty scary, Canningvale is only a couple suburbs down from where I live.

I'm a little annoyed with that skin, I couldn't get the spacing accurate for the "Sheriff" font, it does look quite nice on the car. Nice work, I'll definitively be using this.

I've had this issue before whilst playing multiplayer. I think it has something to do with the game struggling to load the textures correctly, resulting in random models being spawned all over the place, kind of like the taxi bug.

I can't wait to see what DICE do to it, after watching the Battlefield 4 multiplayer footage I'm sure they're gonna make this game fantastic.

Since spamming E won't work, all I can suggest is uninstalling the game and deleting the GTA IV folder before reinstalling. That's a last resort though, sorry I can't help more.

I've never experienced this error first hand so I can only offer you general advice, try closing and reopening the police database. It does have a tendency to glitch sometimes.

From a sensible standpoint I'd go with #1 too. -
It might be, I just remember seeing a Caprice with the rambar spotlights and someone saying it was Nutt's car, but it could be a strange coincidence! -
I believe that's Nutt's modification of KevinDV's Caprice. The only way of obtaining it is to send Nutt a private message asking him for it.
